Beautiful day today, and became relatively cool tonight. Perfect. We went for a drive, and I think I might get a tan. The middle of the day was VERY HOT, but I'm not complaining. I was begining to think that any brown I got this year would be rust. I even had my Summer dress on. Felt great!

My morning exercise routine is getting easier. I'm not sure whether to add a few more (which I have been doing SLOWLY, I'm 51, I need to do things slower now), or do more of the one's I'm doing. I find doing a five of each routine keeps me from getting bored. I think I should keep that. May introduce a more strenuious dance routine......Music does help. Not sure that I'm losing any weight, but I am firmer, and my clothes fit better. I also look younger (I think).

Feeling of faintness and lights before my eyes have gone, so I think the iron tablets and orange juice is working. I really want my usual breakfast, so hope to be off the tablets soon!

Saved a lot of money today, but crying over how much I had to spend to save it. In the long run I will be better off (I hope).

Sounds like you had a good one. It's so hot here it's just yeeech to go outside even for a few minutes.

We are not that bad here, except in the middle of the day. Then you swelter. Good for getting my clothes dry though.

I'm just curious because you're seeing results... what types of exercise routines do you do?

It is great, enjoying it.

I'm doing about 10min of streching exercises then 20 floor ones. A bit of a mixture from ones I'm learned in the past, as well as a 15min belly dance at night.
