Enough already!

My top six five workplace peeves:

1. Let's say that the copier jams. I walk in and discover that the person who accidentally(?) jammed it has walked away and left it for the next person to fix. Gee, thank you so very much.

2. Printing out a hundred full-color copies of something, when a regular old photocopy would be perfectly fine. Color laser printer toner is expensive, y'all.

3. Inappropriate attire. Look, we're fortunate to be in a fairly casual environment ... but this is not The Club.

4. When you microwave something and take it out before the time is up, how freakin' hard is it to push the "Reset" button? I know it's a small, trivial thing, but some consideration would be nice.

5. We have a zillion distribution lists in GroupWise. Lists for departments, grade levels, committees, etc. USE THEM! Stop sending me mail about topics that have absolutely nothing to do with me.

6. People who don't do what I want them to do every second of every workday. Hmph.
