MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
I hope you all have a great time with your family and loved ones.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I really, really want the BB Storm. I'm near kicking myself for getting the Curve back in May (less than a week after it was released). Damn you Verizon for releasing all these new BBs within a year of each other. And you a-holes for making the retail $600+! WTF! Arghhh! :(
I am so happy right now.
I am hopeful and so proud of this country.
I was stuck at work till past 11, only being able to get updates on the election on my BlackBerry. One of my co-worker's friends calls her to tell her the news that Barack Obama is our 44th President. Barack Obama is our new President. Everyone in my store went insane. I drove like a maniac home to see that it's all really true. We did it.
I had chills the entire time I was listening to his speech. I choked up and had tears on the brink of pouring as soon as he walked out on stage. And once that first 'yes, we can!' chant started, I lost it. For the first time in a long time, I believe in our country. I believe that our future is bright and the best is yet to come. Janurary 20, 2009 is going to be an amazing day.
'The hope of a better day' is finally here. Change, yes we can.
The day that I have been in denial about is finally here. I'm going to be a complete mess very soon. I don't really know what to say.
Goodbye Stadium, thank you for everything.
Thank you for giving me something to believe in post-9/11. Thank you for all the screaming-at-the-TV games... for all the laughs, cries, cheer and memories.
I just ordered 2 pairs of Lanvin flats.
So 2007 is almost over, and it's been some year. It's true what they say, the older you get, the faster the years go by. 2008 is going to be a pretty scary year, but we'll see how it goes. Hopefully things work out for the better.
