Nope, never.

I think that I did well on my biochem exam thank you ^^! The prof made it really easy I think lol! No complaints... but I know I messed up the glucose question... It's an aldose not a ketose deary. In anycase, I'd rather not dwell on that little snag and concentrate on the fact that I am ... BACK HOME AGAIN!

I actually wasn't planning on coming back home until reading week but I got a little home sick. I've been coming back home every week since Christmas vacation. I don't find res too fun on the weekends :S I'd rather be at home... I dont really get along with the people on my floor. They are nice, but... I dont know... It's really tiresome trying to make small talk with people o_O;; We dont have that much in common so I often find I'm grasping for worthy topics of conversation. I know I should probably make a greater effort to talk with them but since the year's almost up it's difficult. I get along with the nurses more because we have more in common to talk about I think.

I'm studying for Anatomy and Physiology right now... Well obviousely not right this second because right this second I'm journal writing hA! I managed to finish a unit and took a break to watch The Painted Veil</b> with Edward Norton and Naomi Watts. It was a very good independant movie and I very much recommend it :)

Based on the novel by W. Somerset Maugham, The Painted Veil is a love story set in the 1920s that tells the story of a young English couple, Walter (Edward Norton), a middle class doctor and Kitty (Naomi Watts), an upper-class woman, who get married for the wrong reasons and relocate to Shanghai, where she falls in love with someone else. When he uncovers her infidelity, in an act of vengeance, he accepts a job in a remote village in China ravaged by a deadly epidemic, and takes her along. Their journey brings meaning to their relationship and gives them purpose in one of the most remote and beautiful places on earth. Written by Warner Independent Pictures.

My little bonus for the day was waking up at 9:20am :) I hardly get sleep in res... Not because of my grueling 8:30am classes, but because I have the misfortune of not being able to stop thinking when I'm in bed. Bleh.

I have a hip hop class at 8:30pm tonight. Going to dance it up with my friend Maggie!

Recently I've gotten fixated - nay - emotionally involved with the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer! I cant praise this book enough! It's young adult fiction. Any of my attempts to give a brief synopsis of the books probably will be pittiful, ergo, I will enclose an official summary of Twilight (the first novel of the series).

“As Shakespeare knew, love burns high when thwarted by obstacles. In Twilight, an exquisite fantasy by Stephenie Meyer, readers discover a pair of lovers who are supremely star-crossed. Bella adores beautiful Edward, and he returns her love. But Edward is having a hard time controlling the blood lust she arouses in him, because—he’s a vampire. At any moment, the intensity of their passion could drive him to kill her, and he agonizes over the danger. But, Bella would rather be dead than part from Edward, so she risks her life to stay near him, and the novel burns with the erotic tension of their dangerous and necessarily chaste relationship.”

Honestly, the first time I read the back of the book, I thought it was going to be childish and a really superficial read haha! -- I'm not gonna lie. But after I read the first chapter or so I was hooked! Sorry for this evangelizing-esque behaviour but I fear that if I dont get it out of my system it'll have to come out in some other horrible way -- running around screaming and flailing my limbs about seems apt to fit that description.

Summit Entertainment is making Twilight into a movie by the way! The female protagonist (Bella Swan) is set to be played by Kristen Stewart, and the male protagonist (Edward Cullen), by non-other than the semi-dazzling Robert Pattinson from Harry Potter fame. LOL. Sigh, I think he'll play the part well... in certain lighting... at certain angles... with modified hair :) Can't you just feel the excitement? lol nono in all honesty, I'm really stoked!

Yesterday's party was fabulous ;) It was super fun. We played gamecube some RPG game on it w/ Mario haha. We played hide n' seek in my friends basement. We watched Memoires of a Geisha it was pretty good although some of my friends just found it "okay" hahaha. It was sad ... there were alot of weird moments too... You'll know what I mean if you watch or have watched the movie ;) Just dont wanna spoil it that's all. Ate a lovellyyy dinner! yumm! And that's about it! great night, thankful she had the party and housed all of us lol.

I also watched The Phantom of the Opera when I got home. It was ... okayy... I still dont understand the ending much. Was that the guy she knew when she was younger? And was the other lady bidding for the monkey her friend? Hmm.. What happened to the Phantom? haha. Lots of questions. But the music was touching. I remember alot of it because my parents used to sing it hahaha They never let me go and watch the actual play because I was too young and they thought that I wouldn't enjoy it as much. Oh well, I think they were right :) back then i wouldn't have understood much hehehehe xD
