hopping on the jgl train, late as usual

Watching Inception, then Mysterious Skin (OMG were certain parts hard to watch, great movie though) and finally (500) Days of Summer (looooooooove) pretty much sold me on the JGL awesomeness. So yeah, here's me joining the JGL love train.

I really enjoyed (500) Days in Summer but I just about died during the dancing scene cause it was totally unexpected and brilliant :)

And then I found this brilliant video featuring JGL & Zooey Deschanel. They're just so cute together!

Let's just end this with a brilliant macro snagged from... somewhere in LJ-land.

YOU MUST WATCH BRICK. This is not an optional thing. Not only is it one of his strongest performances but it's a brilliant movie.

Thirding Brick, and I guess you've seen Latter Days, too? I just saw 500 Days of Summer and agree about the dance scene! Haven't caught Inception yet, though am desperate to.

I get the feeling that Brick is a MUST SEE LOL Yep, saw Latter Days although I keep forgetting JGL was in that movie.

The movie is d/l'g, now must find some JGL icons!

Nice spam! Loved the dancing part of (500) Days. Liked the movie though it depressed the shit out of me-- "what I was never sure of with you"= knife thru the heart!

Still haven't seen Inception and hadn't heard of Mysterious Skin (will get it)

I recommend The Lookout for some brilliant JGL acting. And the added bonus of a little Matthew Goode.

I didn't find the movie depressing but "What I was never sure of with you" Ooooo, that hurt. Loved the sister :)

Funny you mentioned The Lookout. While looking for a Brick download, I found a post with a bunch of JGL movies and I decided to snag The Lookout as well!

THAT IS AN AMAZING MACRO. Also, I'm baffled at how attractive he is. Like, how??

The macro speaks the truth.

I'm baffled at how attractive he is.

I know! While he's not the most drop dead gorgeous guy ever, it's the combination of everything else that makes him such a GQMF. Look at us, being all mature and finding brains & talent sexy LOL

Glad to hear you are taking the Brick recommendations seriously! And welcome to the train. It's a fun ride. :D

Actually, I don't even find him particular hot or anything. *ducks* He just has a knack for picking really, really interesting projects such that I've never been disappointed in any film he's been in. Of course, his looks don't hurt

I'm always late but at least I finally got on :) I watched The Lookout last night. Will save Brick for this weekend.
