I'm amongst the speakers at ExiliCon, a one-day convention focusing on games, geekery and sff in Cambridge on 11th July. I shall be talking musketeers and writing. You can find the full details here:

It looks fun: bugshaw, I think this might be your kind of thing!

My brother brought home a flyer a few weeks ago but I didn't realise you were going to be there :-)

We have some other commitments that day but I hope we'll get to some of it.

This looks interesting - I keep running across these small one day costuming/geekery conventions in Cambridge (there was one at the Junction a summer or two back), and it's good to know that young fans are out there getting stuff going for themselves. But I'll have to give this one a miss, as we're in London to see Oresteia that day. But I hope your talk goes well - I'm sure it'll be as fascinating as all your others! :)

Ooh! That moves it from 'meh' to 'ooh, interesting...'. I shall see if I can make it.

I hadn't heard of it, and I've mentioned it on our work's game-players mailing list, so thanks for the link.

Your talks looks like fun, but the rest is probably a bit too geeky for me. I hope it goes well.
