Coherence Progress

Breakfast - Raw pancake, slice pineapple, 1/2 nectarine, 1 small bannana
1 mug mint tea

Today i discovered that i can mix/mash up the ingredients for my pancake base in the bottom of my bowl. Thus eliminating the need to wash up the mini processor. As always anything that eliminates the need for washing up is fantastic!

Breathing practice, 6 min. Thought you guys might be interested in how 'Coherent' my heart centered breathing is. The smoother the wave the more positive and aligned your feeling. I'll try and write up a post about this as it is very dear to my heart - no pun intended. :) Works well with the Ha prayer. I'm also thinking it could be a direct measure of how Kala you are... *ponders*

Lunch: raw provencal crisp bread, houmous, leaves, cumber, tomatoes, chives.
Dinner: Lentils + salad
Lots of tea; Mint, Nettle, Mate

Errr: overdid it on the dried apricots, dark chocolate and walnuts. Why? I was freakin exhausted after all the painting. One of my triggers strikes again.

Exercise: Dog walk, does painting count??

Meditation: 20 min hypno relax.

Spent the day painting the living room urrghh - I'm telling you don't buy Dulux Lumitech unless you love staring at the same bit of wall for a loooong time. I'm on about the 5 coat of paint.. no joke!!

Meditation: Kali and the Kitten :D, 20 min Paul McKenna, Control Stress. Breathing exercises; I keep forgetting to add these to my list of stuff i do as i take them so for granted.

I'll try and post more interesting stuff soon, just need to find the time.

Honey Beads, Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry, Pollen Breakfast Smoothie

1 Banana
1 cup strawberries
3 (soaked) dried dates. If you don't soak the dates you'll end up with bits.
1 tbsp pecan butter or 1/8 cup pecans if you have a vitamix blender
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp protein
1 tsp bee pollen (test for allergy before first-time use, 1 grain under the tongue)
1 cup - water
Few drops natural Vanilla essence

Add ingredients to blender and zoom!

 
Strawbery, pollen smoothie. Beads!

Supplements: The usual suspects
Tea: Pot of Nettle, Mint.

Lunch: Large green salad, small scoop bean salad
Tea: pot Min,t Mate, Nettles

Excercise: 2 sections Ministry of Sound, Pump it up - OMG i am soooo exhausted
Meditation: 20 min

Tea,; pot pukka 3 ginger

Dinner: small scoop curried mushroom lentils, Slightly larger fresh salsa, small green salad. Not very hungry again i'm starting to think that the Yerba mate may be a wonder tea.. I'll have to see if there are any side effects as this is just too good to be true; No Cravings!!!!

Last night my booja chocolates kept me awake - arrghh! I am so sensitive to caffeine. So the new rule is no chocolate after dinner. I might have to start investigating decent carob recipes and products - anyone have any suggestions??

Feeling somewhat down this morning and i find i'm craving something soothing, creamy and sweet.

So heres my...

Cacao, pecan, pollen smoothieCreamy Cacao, Pollen Breakfast Smoothie

1 Banana
2-3 (soaked) dried dates. If you don't soak the dates you'll end up with bits. The soaking may also activate enzymes.
1 cup - 1 1/2 cold water, 1/2 cup ice (or to taste)
2 tbsp pecan butter or 1/4 cup pecans if you have a vitamix blender
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp protein
1 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp bee pollen (test for allergy before first-time use, 1 grain under the tongue)
Few drops natural Vanilla essence

Add ingredients to blender and zoom! Oh btw if you don't have the best blender in the world add only 1/2 cup water at the start so all the 'bits' get processed then add the rest of the water/ice at the end.

Dinner: Not feeling very hungry. 1 cup salt/pepper crisps, 1/4 scoop vega, 1/2 oat apple Raw bar.

1/2 cup oats, soaked 2 hours in 2/3 cup nut mylk, mixed tbsp pumpkin, sesame, sunflower seeds. 3 apricots chopped (not soaked; i decided i preferred them this way) 1/2 chopped banana, 1/2 chopped apple. Yuuuuummmmy! My fave oat mix so far

Lota mint tea

1 raw Italian cracker, mix of; 1 mini avocado, 1 medium tomato, cilantro, spring onion, bit of pickled jalapeno, black pepper, flavoured salt.
Some of my own pickled sauerkraut. Its my first try at a naturaly fermented pickle. It tasted ok but was quite bitter - might try buying a starter to see if that helps.

1 raspberry vodka, with lemonade
1/2 pint strawberry beer - i got and instant headache, my hubby recons there were sulfides in the beer - shame really as it tasted great.

eerrr after the beer it was a bit downhill from there and its really difficult to admit to things not going smoothly. Its like i start the day with good intentions and then theres only so much being good my psyche can take.

1 scoop potato salad 2 inches cumber, 4 mini plum tomatoes

packet veg crisps
3 strips dark chocolate

Managed to pull myself together for the evening and do 35 min of Tai Chi which made me feel much better  and far more centered. YAY!

3 hours clothes shopping - definitely exhausting - exercise maybe :D

Soil Based organisms - still a bit gassy and bloated for a few hours after taking. I have had very good energy the last few days - too early to tell if this is related to the SBO, the Vega or other random chance events.
