Apr. 21st, 2005 @ 07:58 pm the radical left is weird
There is a large gathering of people in King 101 right now. The people at the back are taking off their shirts and putting new ones on. The others are sitting at the long tables, as if waiting for a lecture or a talk to begin. On the table in the back, people are looking at T-shirts and bumper stickers with slogans like "IMPEACH BUSH," "FOOD NOT BOMBS" and "WHO WOULD JESUS KILL?" Outside, two half-naked men and a woman are wrestling.

What the hell?

And this is why I stay holed up in my cave of geeky solitude. The CS labs are nice and all, but just not worth the creepy Liberals that infest king when the sun goes down. Besides when you can program in C/++ and java right in your own room who needs to actually get human contact?

Apparently enough Obies end up in SF. Enough for people in your neighborhood to talk shit to random strangers wearing Oberlin T-shirts.
