The Play's the Thing (Act II, Scene I)
It was a dark and stormy night.
No, really, it was.
So I went to the first rehearsal. Enough of the A and B casts showed that we could do a complete run through.
It had been intermittently sprinkling throughout the early afternoon and evening. As we started a second run through, though, the faucet let loose. The director called it a night and we went our separate ways.
We had a blast and everybody loves my gay soldier. I have the rest of the cast rolling in laughter during my one big scene.
Found out that our first performance will be on June 18th. That gives me 2 months to get some garb together as all my old stuff no longer fits.
