Your service has been suspended due to a previously declined payment, which prevented us from resolving the balance for your past invoice(s), with a total overdue balance of $ 9,17. If the balance remains unpaid, the debt will be forwarded to a collection agency, incurring a fee of $18.95 in addition to the overdue balance. Your package and any domains, e-mail addresses or other data associated with the account will be permanently deleted as a result.
Log into the 1&1 Control Panel to confirm your payment details:
Go fuck yourself Sebastian before my people come to your and your collection agency.

@novosibiren A timeout there doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue. If you can give more info, we can check for issues.^JW

Thank you for contacting Professional Hosting Support.
The traceroute information you included shows extremely high hop times beginning several hops before your request reaches our servers. Delays in excess of 200ms would degrade the data enough to prevent connection or force disconnections even if you can connect. For those issues you would need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider.
There are a couple of other recommendations I would make with regard to your hosting plan. 1) You are on a server based in the USA. I would recommend you move to a server plan based either out of Europe or Asia-Pacific regions. Working from a server that is closer physically will minimize connection times. 2) You are on an extremely old server. I would suggest updating to a more current hosting environment to improve performance overall. When you are using a current CMS like Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla, we cannot guarantee performance on the existing server configuration.
Of more concern is that I show you are on a significantly outdated version of Wordpress. Your read file at http://blog.visart.biz/readme.html shows you're on version 3.2.1, which is at least a couple of years out of date. That leaves your site vulnerable to countless exploits and malware. It is imperative that you update to the latest version of Wordpress if you haven't already done so, and update your associated plugins and themes, to insure your site is secure.
Additionally, your home page for blog.visart.biz contains 3MB of information. That, combined with the other factors I outlined above, virtually guarantee slow load times.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
