How's your Monday going ?

Mine started a little lazy, it's cold and It's hard to get out of bed, lucky enough we had some Hot Mexican Chocolate from last night, so that game me a little more energy :)

I am still a little sleepy because I stayed up all night looking at my photo Archive C_C there's a lot to be done and tons of photos to post, I am trying to organize all my files because it's hard to work when you have a mess and I've been procrastinating on that for some time.

Now let me post some White, Pinks and Reds ^_^, I've been looking at these colors everywhere and I can help myself to be inspired.


Here's my ♥ Valentine Fabric Stash ♥ lots and lots of hearts in white, pink and red, too cute! some of these fabrics are from last year and I got 2 new ones this year, I want to make plushy hearts, can't wait.



I just love Gingham Fabric, as soon as cut a small piece of it to make a YoYo I saw a little mushie friend telling me; .... make me .... Make ME!!! and I did, just look at him :) perfect for valentine charms , I am gonna make him some friends because he's all alone right now.




Here's my - Crafty Mushie WorkStation - I've been thinking of doing these mushie items for so long, I have them all in my sketchbook waiting to be done, but sadly I hardly find time to make my ideas, Sometimes I feel very bad because I am dying to make new stuff, I have old projects from 3 years ago that I'm still thinking about, that's why I'm organizing everything, maybe if I have everything in the right place it won't be so difficult to start crafting in the middle of the night :) this remind me that i need to get me some new lamps because the desk lamp I have sucks and makes my eyes hurt.


A sample of my - Stamp Collection - I love vintage used stamps, those are the best, here you will find some from Rome,Denmark and Austria :), I will keep posting more of these, they are a treat to look at!

How are you? over here is busy busy busy , I've earned myself a nice rest and I plan to lay in the couch as soon as I mail my pending letters tomorrow.

You may noticed my little gingerbread men above! that's because I made some of them to send to the Second Annual Holiday Ornament Swap hosted by the lovely Freshly Blended Blog, I packed them in nice brown paper bags I embellish with the papers I showed you the other day



Just look at them :), they were playing around my mail, so cute!, You can see more ornaments on the 2007 Holiday Ornament Swap flickr group


We also made a bunch of these crocheted ornaments, love the noise of the bell and they look wonderful on the tree :), These are not for the - 2007 Holiday Ornament Swap- I sent some to my friends along with their Christmas card.


As you can see here, they are very helpful :), they helped me pack and check names,addresses and correct labels.



I made 26 bags!! I only needed 9 but I got exited with the gorgeous paper and I had to make more to wrap my holiday care packages and gifts.

I printed some stickers with the logo of the swap to decorate the outside of the parcel , I love making these I plan to do a bunch of these bags for spring with a new collection of papers.

Well I have to go now, today is my brother's Birthday and he wants to catch some movies, something tells me I will be eating a lot of junk good today ^_^ Yay!

You can see his crooked teeth lol, he also has an eggnog carton on his left pocket.


They are simple and fast to assemble, it took me 10 minutes each, they have little sticks on their feet to make it easier to attach them on gifts.


They have tags on their backs, so they're great to top presents

I hope you had fun and had some time to make that cute Santa I showed you. My weekend was nice because we finally got your X-mas tree and some colorful ornaments we found at Target, I also got me lots of Fabrics, Ribbons, Yarns and Pretty Paper for my Christmas Crafts and Gifts.

I plan to ship almost all of my International Parcels on Wednesday, so I must hurry to get it all done on time.


I found this cute gingerbread house fabric :), you know I'm obsessed with gingerbread men and cookies, the rest of the fabrics in the photo are from my Holiday Stash :), I took them form the storage bin, refold them and now they're displayed in my craft table.


I also found these ones! they're so soft, love their texture and colors, I have a project planned for these, can't wait to get started.



Maybe you've seen these ones already, if not here are the - Holiday Knits - stamps, I love this set specially the deer and the bear, I have to pick up another booklet on my next trip to the post office , because I know these are going to end up on my International packs.




An have you seen the December issue of Blue Print? , it's so inspiring, they have precious Christmas ideas and decorations but my favorite article is the one with Amy and David Butler :) I have photos of this at My Flickr

Hello!

It's nice to be back, I had a great Thanksgiving weekend :), I ate a LOT!! definitely much more than last Thanksgiving, It must be because of the sweet smell of all those baked goodies, mmmm.... yummy!

And I also have to say, Is starting to look,feel and smell like Christmas,there's something special about this year that gets me all exited and inspired, I've started looking for my holiday themed fabric,trims and ribbons, they're in a big plastic storage box, can't wait to work with them!

In my Last Post I told you that I wanted to show you the yoyos I made with the clover tools LiLi sent me, and here they are


You can see the felt basket Lili made for me :), it was quite useful to hold my sweet yoyos, I made classic and heart shaped because I want to use them to embellish ornaments or other stuff.


I got so exited that I made a Big one :) a clone of that super Yoyo is going to end up as a cap :), Yes a cap for a little guy I am sewing, tell you more about him later.



I took this book out of the library the other day The Spirit of Christmas, It is a nice read with lots of Christmas recipes and crafty projects.


The book has different Christmas themes, like Serenity Season (white) Classical (red and green) and Cowboy :), the projects and instructions are simple with full of nice pictures and patterns.



And look at this, I'm crazy for these - Papier-Mache Ornaments -they would look great with fabric and the -Tiny Tag Tree- is precious, love the idea to use tags as ornaments, I wonder if it works with a normal size tree.

Well have to paint some pending projects, I hope these images get you inspired to star making your ornaments :) and when you're done, don't forget to show me ok ♥
