Wow, 45 million votes? I'm impressed. Considering how crappy the ratings have been lately, 45 million votes is REALLY good. The voters are undoubtedly stupid and tone deaf, but at least they're dedicated.
LOL THE CHOREOGRAPHY! THE SWAYING! THE SYNCHRONISED TWIRLS! "Hallelujah"? Oh for GOD'S SAKE, enough of this nonsense. Neil Diamond songs fail. That was one of the worst medleys so far this season.
So. Why the fuck is Jason safe?
I love Archie's the one who looks so bewildered and Jason's playing it cool. IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*two hours later, because yes, it took igrecman that long to upload the second half of the show*
Aww, poor Brooke. Well, no, I really don't care. I'm actually overjoyed about the fact that OMG MY THREE FAVOURITES ARE IN THE TOP FOUR. It looks like there's a good chance of Jason going home next week, too, since it's rare to have a same-sex top three, plus everyone knows Jason's elimination is long overdue. Then again, they might try to pull another top 4 Daughtry shocker... BUT! OPTIMISM! Seriously, I can't believe that Syesha made it this far. If she's in the top three with the Davids, I think I will die of love for this show.
For the record, I'm hella pissed about Cook not recording "All I Ever Really Need is You". WHY. Why couldn't they have made an exception and let Cook record both of his songs in the studio? :(
Two manga recs: Gokujou no Koibito (actually, anything by Minase Masara is good) and Kiss ja Tomaranai. The first is incomplete and can be found , and the second can be found on yshare if you search for it.
On a random side note, I really want to write original fiction now. All the manga I've been reading is making me lose interest in the HP world. Plus I'm reading T.C. Boyle's The Inner Circle right now, which is really making me want to try writing something different. I love historical fiction, and it'd be hella cool to write it, but I don't think I have the motivation right now to do all the research. I'm thinking I might try to get into his creative writing class some time before I graduate. He's supposed to be a self-absorbed professor, but hey, he's a genius, so who cares?
