And running behind the leather clad bike riding diablos come Kiosk, prancing around like those small, smart, naughty warm (maybe boiling!) blooded mammals that feasted on the carcasses of the dinosaurs in times past, to deliver 1.30 minutes of smashed up creaking bubbling lo-fi pop that's so satisfying I feel like a pervert each time I listen to it.|
Kiosk- Tourist Attraction
These Australian teenagers have just released a noisy evil little dirty 7'' featuring this track in the very cozy and nicely populated (Little Wings, Mt. Eerie, Architecture in Helsinki ...) Artschool Dropouts label (nothing to do w the indie night in Brighton btw). It's called 'Growing Pains' and you should buy it cos it's worth it.
As Biffinz (thanks to 'em for being 'em) said in the old smokey days...'They are very tight but very loose at the same time, a bit like an indie version of Y Pants'.
I'd like to add that they do the best Shaggs drum smashing trashing and bashing we've posted in this blog since, erm, well, the Hospitals not that long ago.
They rock so effortlessly it's kinda evil, we'll watch 'em closely, I think they're up to something.
