For those of you still reading along at home: YAY! Hi!
Apparently Bruce is now a spokesman for Old Spice which mean, glee, advertising.
I like when I get moving Bruce!
Sam Raimi recently went on record saying that he's trying to get his brother to write a screenplay for Evil Dead IV More Ash! For reals! Oh good lord, I hope it gets made. That has to be the first offical mention of more happening in the ED series. There's been talk for a long while about the possibility but I hold out hope.
My Name Is Bruce is set to be released this year but as yet there is only one photo that I've found released from it.
Pretty exciting, huh? You're freaking out now, aren't you? That's Bruce just, like, standing there. Try to contain yourself, folks.
For those of you who don't know the plot: Bruce Campbell plays Bruce Campbell, washed up, arrogant, B-grade actor who drinks too much. When a small town gets an ancient Chinese curse (which are the best kind really) one of his fans drags him in to try and make him fight the bad guys. Problem being, of course, that Bruce Campbell is not Ash.
Speaking of Ash, anyone who lived close enough to THIS and didn't see it, is a blind fool! Except it appears not to have died, but moved to Toronto. Which is a bit of a step down from off-Broadway. (Yes, I know that isn't about Bruce Campbell. But it's Evil Dead the musical.)
There's a sequal to the very weird Bubba Ho-Tep being made. The name? Bubba Nosferatu. ♥
Bruce Campbell makes it twice onto the list of 13 Shows That Should Never Have Been Cancelled. Sadly for me I've still NEVER seen either of those shows. It makes me die a little on the inside :(
And since I'll probably never see Spiderman 3 I had to go find his cameo :)
(Oh Peter. You idiot.)
And because Bruce and Ted Raimi are hilarity together, here's a bit from the Xena DVDs
No, you're right. I am a sad little fangirl.
