1) Open this image.

2) Paste your base as a new layer.

3) Set your image to multiply. Flatten your image.

4) Duplicate your image. Set it to Screen, 66%

5) Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color; Normal, 77%

Reds: -62, -11, +59, +29

Yellows: -93, +48, -46, 0

Cyans: +77, -50, 0, -23

Blues: +100, -77, +27, 0

Neutrals: -7, -24, 0, +11

6) Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color; Normal, 52%

Yellows: -100, 0, 0, 0

Neutrals: +21, +10, -48, 0

7) Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Curves; Screen, 20%

RGB: Input - 121; Output - 131

Red: Input - 122; Output - 124

Green: Input - 124; Output - 101

Blue: Input - 144; Output - 105

8) Layer>Flatten Image and you're done!
