Cable > the entire Marvel universe *plus* DC's. Maybe excepting Tony 2.0.

Cable/Deadpool #40. I have no words to say how much I want to hug Cable. He is right. The fact that Marvel can write and publish this issue and yet still publish everything else they publish is fucking tragic. It makes the other books, the Marvel and DC universes as they stand, moot.

I love superhero comics for many, many reasons, and I'll stop reading them about seven years after I die. But if I ever had to stop reading them, this would be the last one I ever read.

Cable/Deadpool 25

In short: it was mostly the best of Cable/Deadpool. I swear, by all rights (writing, the scope of the plot, quality), Cable/Deadpool should be the flagship title of Marvel. Then I'd probably spend a lot of money on them, so perhaps that's not such a good idea.

*sigh* I just keep reminding myself that DC offed Majestic. Cable's plan will be defeated, probably yet again killing Blue Lips (yet again). Cable will be back to being cynical and ineffective. And so on and so forth.
