Yes, I watch Leverage with a week of delay

I think The Two Live Crew Job is one of my favorite episodes yet. Not that the cons weren't very predictable ---and I think the premise could have been exploited in a deeper way--- but it was a very fun episode, and after all that's what I watch Leverage for at this point.

Some of the highlights for me: Wil Wheaton. Wingspans. Parker, like a dozen different times (the two or three things about ghosts were awesome). Eliot and Mikel's Batman-Vision (yes, that's totally how I called it! cf, for example, the "Tao" story in, IRCC, "Legends of the Dark Knight"). How everybody is in professional awe of Sophie, beginning with Nate.

There were some rather unsubtle points in the plot, but the interesting one was about the difference between a crew and a family.

That was awesome! The only thing missing was the music from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly."

That's a very wise observation. I'd watch a show of Parker doing pretty much anything.

Eliot and what's-her-name need to have deadly assassin babies ASAP. They'd be short and cute and come with "Weapons of Mass Destruction" warning labels on their onesies.

And the female assassin is short and curvy! She has curves! I didn't think we were going to see curves on this show. (Don't get me wrong, I love Sophie and Parker to bits. But sometimes, I want a kick-ass woman with actual curves, you know?)

I know what you mean! She looks like the typecast "hot decoy," except that she can kick Eliot's ass for real :). I hope she appears a lot, either with or against the guys.

Described both an early Batman case and part of his training in China with a (female) Tao Master. There's an scene in which he faces the former student of his teacher's rival --- they don't move, but observe each other, playing out the battle in their minds according to the minute signs they read in each other. After a few minutes of that, the other guy bows to Batman, recognizing that he's better, and kills himself.

I can't but wonder what he'd have done if he had crossed Shiva on the street.
