Word Count: About 150.
You are a good man. A sane man. You have never raised your hand against a children, cheated on your wife or stolen from your job.
You pay your taxes.
You drive with care.
You give to Greenpeace and recycle your trash.
You are not perfect, of course. Nobody is. You are human. It's human to slip up, sometimes. To let yourself go a bit. You aren't proud of it, but it happens, and what can you do about that?
Your new drinking buddy agrees. He doesn't really know what you are talking about -you are far too smart to share it with anybody- but at a deep level you think he understands. Even if he has never dug a shallow grave for a stranger's body, you think he gets that perfection is unattainable, and even a good man can sin.
You are glad you met him. It's good to be understood.
