Unwilling blindness is where we all start. I can't promise I won't say or do wrong. But there is no excuse for willing blindness. I can promise I will try.

For, when all is said and done, no matter how much the wrong I do diminishes me, that's a negligible consideration compared to how it hurts others. Racism is not my problem to complain about, it's my responsibility to fix.

I'd say more, but this is what I don't want to lose track of.
