Crediting is very important. First of all, icon makers spend a lot of time and energy creating icons and deserve credit for all the work they've done. More importantly, crediting allows other users to see who made the icons that you are using so that they can find icons for themselves. Have you ever seen someone using an icon you liked, and wanted to get icons like it? If the person has credited the icon maker in their keywords, it is easy for you to do so. So make sure you always credit the maker, to make things easier for everyone!

Step 1:

Go to Manage >> Userpics

In keywords, put whatever information you need to remember which icon it is. This is what you will be given to chose from when posting. In either the keywords of the comments, put the username of the person who made the icon. There are many ways to do this. For example, "___threnody" "[___threnody]" "(___threnody" and "made by ___threnody" are all ok. You can see the way that I prefer in the cap below. Be sure to type the username correctly. My username has three underscores (_) in front of it. It is important to include the entire username, spelled correctly.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Remember! Always Credit and Spell it Right!
