Hmmm... It was just a texture/gradient. I duplicated it twice, the later above the base I set to "multiply", eraced the parts that covered the guys face. And the layer above that I set to "colour" and that's it. I think I may have messed with the "Opacity" a bit... But other than adding a boarder and the text, that's about it!
Does that help? I used PhotoShop... so I'm not sure how that translates to any other programs if you don't use PS!
