They picked my prompt, so three drabbles for it! After Torchwood they really knew how to pile on the hurt, Destruction! Yes, pretty much feeling it here!


Angelus watched as Spike took Drusilla’s arm, dancing out the door into the night. They were graceful and attractive, with a hint of innocence. Perfect to entice prey, be successful in the hunt. His Dark Princess and her errant Knight, with their beautiful faces, and lithe forms.

Drusilla giggled, as Spike lent forward to whisper in her ear. They were going to a vaudeville show, dressed for the occasion. It was almost as if they were unaware of the sexiness of each move they made. How they attracted attention.

Angelus knew better, he knew they were both forces of destruction.



Buffy and Willow stood at the edge of the crater where Sunnydale used to be. Both lost in their thoughts. As Willow turned to Buffy, she saw a tear fall from the corner of her eye. Her own hand moved up to her face, and felt the damp from her own tears.

“Now we start a new life Buffy, away from the Hellmouth”

“I will never see her grave again, it is gone.” Buffy turned to look at the bus, the destruction taking away everything that reminded her of her mother.

Willow nodded in understanding. Tara was gone as well.



Gunn stood in the doorway, watching as Wesley collected books, his motions rushed and desperate as he researched a way to bring his beloved Fred back. As the tormented man lifted his eyes to see Gunn, his whole body stilled, the opposite of his manic movements before noticing he had been observed. Gunn was touched by the actions, they had lost so much of the heart of the team when they lost Fred, each of them was affected, but Wes was the worst of all.

Gunn could see the depths of Wes’ grief. This was a man in self-destruct mode.
