Yes, same here. Then so many of the pairings I like are not canon :-(...or is that a good thing. Relationships in the Whedon verse do not always go well!

Although I prefer my Spangel as a Bromance since I can't see them actually getting together romantically more than just that one time Spike mentioned. They're both too hopelessly straight and way to at odds with each other. It would actually seem incestuous to me if they did so and albeit I love me some Supernatural I'm just *NOT* on board for incest (though I won't throw stones at anyone who is on board, there's too much glass in my house).
I do like my Spangel a little longer lasting myself. I can see them together as their relaltionship has been through so much, and they have so much in common!
I cannot get into incest. I have tried, even writing it, but it does nothing for me. Especially Wincest. But have nothing against anyone who enjoys it!
Spuffy all the way here, though in fic I enjoy most canon pairings. I have problems with anything that feels OOC, which includes quite a few popular non-canon ships.
