Favourite Canon Relationships Results
I know I said the poll was just for fun, but I got recced by [info]petzipellepingo and [info]su_herald. With my own flist I kinda wasn't expecting Buffy/Angel to do well. I really don't think I have a lot of Buffy/Angel shippers on my friends list. Then when I got those recs, I thought it might do better. It is after all a major ship, with very vocal supporters.

Therefore I was Surprised at the results so far!

Buffy/Angel 18

When this is compaired to other ships, with either Buffy, Angel or Spike in it, I wonder where the Bangel shippers are.

It could be that I am known as a Spangel shipper I guess, but I really do not think I am that well known in the fandom. So I wonder what stopped the Bangel shippers voting. Honest there was no bashing of ships or anything!

*Sigh*
Been wandering round LJ today, and came across a couple of posts about sarcasm. I was called the sarcastic bitch from the age of 15 to about 18, then it became cynic. So I know a bit about this, it was a running joke with my friends when I was a teenager about how sarcastic I was.

It is an art! Your whole body is involved, voice, expression, body language....none of that comes over in the written word. Also part of the fun, is in the reaction from the other person. Yes lowest form of wit, but highest form of intelligence. In the written word, unless you make it clear you are being sarky, then you will fall flat on your face. And if someone thinks you are a fool, or insulting, you have to be ready for the responses that say that, and not get insulted by them. Just accept the written word is not the best medium for sarcasm. And not as much fun as face to face either!

I will stop spamming now, and get on with what I am supposed to be doing!
