Today I played frisbee. It was pretty awesome. I suck, but I did have one really cool sliding catch with my left hand where the frisbee was behind me. That ruled. Then I played soccer. It was pretty fun too ! After about three terribly long minutes of play I had a fight with a hole in the ground. It messed me up pretty good so I took a break for a few minutes then came back. It just kinda hobbled around.
This is a picture of my right ankle. It's pretty normal looking.
I stopped playing a bit early when I noticed my ankle was swollen. When I got home I took a picture before using an instant cold compress. You can see it here!
After that ran out the swelling was down! This made it hurt more, since I could actually feel it, but I was glad the swelling was gone. Especially since I have no ice or any more cold compresses, phew, close call. Haha just kidding! It swelled back up after about 10 minutes to this monstrosity.
Bought two ace cold compresses and have a bunch of ice in the fridge. If the swelling doesn't go down and stay down I seriously might have to go to the hospital.
