Summer school?
I don't know yet if I am going to do classes this summer for my second degree. If I do it looks like my choices are:
ITSW-1407 Introduction to Database (required for degree)
(4-3-2). Introduction to database theory and the
practical applications of a database. Recommended
prerequisite: BCIS 1405 or COSC 1401.*
ITSE-2417 Java Programming (elective)
(4-3-2). Introduction to object-oriented Java
programming. Emphasizes the fundamental syntax and
semantics of Java for applications and web
applets. Recommended prerequisite: COSC 1436.
The Database class is online, though the instructor is based on Southeast campus so I am waiting for the distance learning center to update the entry on where any required on-campus tests can be taken. The Java class is on-campus, MW 6 to 830 at Northeast Campus. I don't know about doing it as an on-campus course. I'm kind of hoping to get away from the on-campus ones.
