Mix in sushi vinegar to taste, stir in carefully to avoid crushing the rice while blowing on it to cool it faster. (that makes it shiny)

3. fill the 1/3 cup measure with rice.

4. wet and salt hands, then take rice out of the 1/3 cup, pack into a ball, sprinkle with sesame seeds, wrap a piece of nori on. Make 4 of these.

5. mix salmon bits into remaining rice - don't use too much - it's very strong. Repeat 3-4 until done.

It's simple and the safeway that lives across the street from me has all the ingredients. Why is rice so good?
