Crazy letter bomb guy
Just a quick note on the recent letter bombs delivered to London offices....I know the guy doing this is crazy and must be stopped, but when I heard about it I immediately thought....well, let me put it this way, if you've ever ever entered into a 'dialogue' with a British agency over say, a late council tax payment, you'll know that the default tone used on any correspondence is threatening, blunt and nasty. Prison terms and bailiffs are often mentioned, for example, and reading one of these letters can send your blood pressure exploding through the roof. They are letter bombs sans wiring.
Maybe our crazy friend got one too many letters like this.
