After clearly spending several painstaking hours compiling picture after picture, deep scientific analysis, and a tiny bit of spiritual reawakening (lies), I present to you:


I basically narrowed down Edward's most basic qualities, and tried to find them in senor Pattinson. Here are the qualities he can lend to the role of our boyfriend! (Also, focus on the face. If you look at the clothes, you will be appalled.)

Well done. I was one of the few who didn't need any convincing, but it's nice to be reassured none the less.

After googling him like like mad today I gotta say, his sense of fashion IS appalling. Thank goodness for the "costume department" on movie sets. lol.

I also like that he a faint bronze-ish tint to his hair. It makes it easier to see the potential.

I am so excited for set pictures to start leaking... in 2-3 months... i hope.

Wow - great job! I don't know how you managed to find so many photos. And flattering photos at that. XDDD

Kudos to you for posting this. Even though I did want Gaspard to play Edward, I wasn't too bothered about Robert's casting; now I'm actually pleased about it. You've upped my reaction from "Oh... right" to "Oooh, this film's going to be good". I like Kristen as an actress and I think she'll portray Bella well; this makes Robert look like a very believable Edward, more believable than Kristen as Bella.

Well done for having the ... um ... I can't even think of the word. Well done for actually considering things and not going "ZOMG HE'S NOT GASPARD/HENRY/TOM/COLTON" - and for devoting the time to this.
