Hello, hello! Akhirnya gw bisa internetan dari kosan! well, it's not really a new thing. I'd done that using CDMA external modem. But it was too slow and friggin expensive. While this time...this time is the real thing. This one rocks!

It's 100Mbps, not sharing. Installment and administration are only Rp 25000. Mereka pake sistem voucher gitu. jadi kayak pulsa-pulsaannya prabayar. Paketan nya sih ada banyak. tapi yg paling murah itu yang 25 jam (63rb). Klo makenya malem2 ada paket murahnya. Dari tengah malem ampe jam 7 pagi itu cuma 1000/jam. jadi kyk internetan di warnet cuma ini dikosan.

Krn make LAN, jadi antar kamar di kosan klo mau ngomong tinggal ketik aja. Antar kosan yg make jasa dia juga bisa chatting2an. lumayan lah hemat biaya pulsa. Walaupun gw jadi rugi juga. Soalnya orang2 pulsanya lama abis deh. oh, Have I ever told you before? Gw jualan pulsa elktrik gitu. yang make hp2an itu lo..lumayan lo.

Guess what we did last OSPEK interaction.

Yup. 3 days before the day, they gather us to tell about the project. It's like the apprentice. The gave us Rp 100k as our asset. We were allowed to use any method to get profit. Selling items or service. Anything. The only thing we're not allowed is using anything related to ITB, OSPEK, etc.

Here comes the most intriguing part.
At the end, the group with the highest profit win, with 50% of all group's profit as the prize!

I'm in group 9. We decided to sell 3 items: cotton candy (the one that looks like granny's hair), milky jell (sugar water plus milk with melon and orange flavored jelly, cut into tiny pieces. It smells really nice), and mini fried sandwich. Since it was on saturday, we operated at Riau street, the central of Factory Outlets.

crap! It's already 6 pm. Time for salat maghrib. I'll continue this later.

God. I'm so busy.
It's my 2nd semester. So it's time for osjur (OSPEK Jurusan). I almost have no free time. I have classes for monday, tueasday, and friday. Then I have lab on wednesday. The osjur take place on saturday. that leaves only thursday and sunday, which we use to do the tasks we get from osjur. you know, the usual load of crap. name tag, signature books, etc.

For this week, we got 3 tasks, which include typing a resume of the latest osjur. It's would be easy if we don't have to type it with typing machine.

PLN just announced that there'll be blackout on Monday from 09.00-16.00. Fortunately, I'm going to Bandung tomorow, for administration stuff. Not staying though. Still want to spend some time with my family and internet world.

I've been trying to use windows live messenger and ym since this morning. No result until now. I can sign in but when I tried to have conversation it didn't work. The connection is fine though. I've downloaded some brushes and manga scans. Oh, and also eps 12 of Heroes! Deeta taught me how to use torrent a few days ago. So I decided to d/l the latest eps of Heroes, Godsend. I'm gonna watch it after this.

While the Golden Globes are not always the most accurate predictor of the films and actors Oscar voters will choose to reward, there's usually some significant overlap between the two awards shows. Last year, all four acting Oscar recipients—Philip Seymour Hoffman, Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney and Rachel Weisz—also won at the Globes. However, Brokeback Mountain, which was voted Best Picture, Drama at the Globes, lost out to Crash in the top category at the Oscars.
Nominations for the 2007 Academy Awards will be announced on Jan. 23 and the winners will be presented Feb. 25.
