Phew, it's been awhile hasn't it? I just haven't been feeling the inspiration, I guess. Anyway, I come with a batch of thirteen icons ... mostly actress icons, though with plenty of Hikaru Utada and Ayumi Hamasaki to go around! As usual I played around and added to my style ... hope you guys enjoy!
