Hey Amy,
Today I received the Nikai camera in the mail. When I opened the box, I noticed that the product smelled strongly of smoke. When I opened the actual camera box, I saw that parts of the styrofoam were stuck onto the bag (maybe from being in the box for long periods of time?), and when I got the actual camera out, I noticed that the flash had a crack on it.
Honestly, I'm really disappointed in the product, but I don't want to give you negative feedback for something that can be worked out easily. I'm requesting a cash refund because the product was advertised as new with no flaws. Of course I understand that you cannot refund shipping. I would greatly appreciate if you could take the product back for the $9.95 cash refund, and I could still leave you positive feedback for a smooth transaction.
