I had to remove Kotaku out of my friends list because a good part was CHECK OUT THIS VIDEO WE MADE OF A CAKE and THE WITCH TOUCHING GAME IS AN ABOMINABLE PIECE, BUT LETS BOAST ABOUT THE MERCHANDISE THERE IS FOR IT and THIS POLICE NEGOTIATOR GAME WILL NEVER WORK ON THE STATES, NOW THIS STOCK MARKET SIM FILLED WITH TITS WILL and HAW HAW CHECK OUT THIS FUCKED UP PORNO OF RUCKY STAR WE FOUND flooded my lj like crazy and the scripts involved on the feed kept shitting on every browser I used

God, seriously. It used to be better, but now it's all like, "HEY, LUCKY STAR! HERE'S THIS THING ABOUT LUCKY STAR! DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS OTHER THING THAT IS RELATED TO LUCKY STAR? HERE'S LUCKY STAR ON YOUTUBE! YOU TOTALLY CARE ABOUT LUCKY STAR! THIS IS VIDEO GAME RELATED!"

I still read it, though. :( If only there was another site (that isn't joystiq) that covered every single press release and announcement in the world while at the same time not assuming I want to stay abreast of the latest anime memes, I'd be a much happier, less constantly irritated person.

Lately it's been all "lol look at this mario level that plays 'hare hare yukai'" or that Super Mario World's answer to "The Lost Levels" ... actually I mean SMB2J in this case.

Perhaps "Best Friends" is not a declaration, but a challenge. Like some kind of reality show. "Can Cats and Dogs living together learn how to be... Best Friends?!"

And then the cat looks over at the dog, and you can see the apprehension in his eyes. He is not sure if this is what he signed on for.
