Age: Around 100 years. He's stopped keeping track.
Apparent Age: 20 something.
History/Char info: Born in Dallas Texas to a ranching family, Saeki grew up as a privileged kid. Given nearly everything he'd ever asked for started to lose it's appeal when he hit his teens. That's when the lure of the Big Apple bit and he hightailed it to the coast with big dreams of being self sufficient.
Of course, he failed. Barely supporting himself on minimum pay and wrestling with 2 to 3 jobs at a time just to eat and afford rent on his one room flat. Stumbling upon the Lady's Kiss in one of many job searches, he landed a tending gig there and became quite popular with 'certain' customers for his quirky southern charm.
His sire’s identity is a subject he'd rather not discuss and a memory he's buried deep beneath any others.
Ever since his siring, little eccentricities started to bloom within. Things he never thought himself capable of before, but all tend to lose their appeal after awhile; such as thievery, complex seduction/murder schemes, instigating riots and general unrest amongst humans. He's very skilled at manipulation. Either for a purpose, or for his own amusement.
Playing on the edge is what he does best. Moving only a handful of times over the years while remaining in New York is a danger in itself, considering all he's done and how long he's existed, remaining un-aged and of the same appearance all the while. Any mortal that gets too involved soon find themselves with a large blank spot in their memories or dead.
A wily sense of humor, rampant flirtation, and general non-serious behavior make him both the joy and the bane of his companions’ lives. When seriousness takes hold, however, his icy nature steps to the fore; unflappable, single minded, and lethal.

*What appears to be a wedding ring always lays beneath his shirt, strung on a long silver chain. Who it belongs/belonged to, he'll never tell, but he values it above any other possession he has.
