Omg. Far out. Woke up today and my wrist was KILLING me, so went down to ask mom if we could go to the doctor and get it checked. So she said ok and we got there at 8 so we could go just before the 1st appointment came. But once there, instead of my wrist, the doctor and mom were more concerned with why id fainted. Did all the usual checks etc. And then I ended up taking a blood test. ARGH!!!!! EVIL! MEAN!! PAIN!!! And I wasn’t even expecting it, so it was a big shock. I guess now it wasn’t really that painful…but at the time…><

But doc wanted to make sure everything was fine and rule out a whole bunch of possibilities so I had to get and ECG. Which I had never done before. Its where they put a whole bunch of wirey things to tabs on ur body and then do something. *shrug* and then after that went to the xray place to get my hand xrayed. Which was why I actually went to the doctor!!

The chick who took my xray was really nice. She was a student from Sydney uni (or NSW uni…cant remember) and she had a sister in year 12. Talked about school/uni for a bit. And her sister wants to do journalism. But doesnt like reading or writing. Lol. So the whole family doesnt know how thats going to work...Lol. Anyway, she took 3 different angles of my wrist and went to get them developed. But she did something wrong…so I had to do it again. And this time someone else helped. I think it was Pauls dad coz he seemed to be in charge…

They said the xray would be ready in 45 mins. So mom decided ill pick it up on the way home and she dropped me to school and I came halfway through society, where I am now. And Nat and Brain and a bunch of other ppl are discussing the selfish bastardly nature of men.

home now. the rest of the day was ok. had a year meeting period 3 (my free!). enx was talking about uni etc. maths we had a sub (mrs saw i think) and it was heaps funny coz she was playing on tims DS. adn getting really frustrated and yelling at the thing to make it understand her saying 'black'. it didnt...watched some comics on tims laptop and talked to paul. and had a class discussion over emma watson: hot or not.

geo. some video thing. i was half sleeping, half listening. lunch. schoolies organising. i think we have to 2 separate groups now. ppl were shocked jess and i wernt together. *sigh* i wish we were. =( english, tom did his speech and then we talked about trials/hsc etc.

biz was HILARIOUS. rofl. had the best time with sach and chris. but barkas kept glaring at me. mel and i decided to gang up on chris instead of each other through his business book =). and sach had her funny random momments

well this is a biiiit late. but oh well. better late than never

sat (7/7/07)
live earth. so i woke up ready to sit in bed all day and watch live earth. but then i found out that coz of time differences australia was way before everyone. and i didnt really like any of the australian acts other than crowded house and they were last. so i didnt end up watching the whole day. but then fox8 started showing different countries from 5 so i was watching that to see any good acts. but there wernt any that i particularly liked. so my whole day was a pretty big waste.

7.20pm. we were going for dinner at my moms colleague's place so we left before crowded house started playing so i could get there in time to watch it (the live 5 mins away). got there and crowded house hadnt started yet so watched other countries, saw some good acts. and then finally crowded house started playing. the same time that linkin park started! gggrrrrr. so was flicking back and forth coz i couldnt decide. linking park were in japan and EVERYONE there knew their songs! it was crazy like whenever chester held out the mike they sang sooo loud! and they were jumping soo much. so now ive decided i REALLY want to go to a linkin park gig. it would be sooo fun =). crowded house were good too and sang HEAPS of songs =) and then the power went out. which was unplanned. coz it was obvious neil finn was adlibbing reasons why the power was gone. but it was still good. a bunch of acts came back to sing 'weather with you' which was pretty good. john butlers had his kid in one of those baby carrier things and he/she was sleeping. so cute. and then they all walked off. and it seemed like the end...but then crowded house walked back on and played 'better be home' soon and it was really nice coz the WHOLE crowd had their hands swaying back and forth. was really pretty. ( watch - you have to follow some links tho. but its got all the acts there)

anyway. i was half watching the international acts half playing with Ari. who is SOOOOOO majorly cute. hes adorable and sooo fun. and he does this sad face, happy face thing thats sooo cute. i took photos =) and he loves photos. i take one and hes grabs the phone to see himself. and then gives it back so i can take another. lol. so i was playing with him and he has one of the toy cars that you can sit on and drive. and this dog toy that he seems to love. so we were mucking around with that till dinner. which was sooo much. and then went back to the other room and watched thomas the tank engine. and hes completely in love with it. while the ep is on hes completely silent and unblinkingly staring at the tv. and then it finishes and he either says something about the episode or says "another/more!" but zomg that mucis gets stuck into your head really easily. oh! and im getting better at understanding him! coz hes harder than normal kids. normal kids are hard to understand, but ari talks in english and hindi. and my hindi isnt that great...so its cool =) and i heard the adults talking about me, so i went to see why and ari got up to call me but he was so engrossed in the tv that he just kinda stopped halfway and stared. and then the music started so i knew the song ended and he came running around the corner to pull me back. lol. and this happened a bit and hes so funny stopping halfway to watch the ep. but then he had to sleep =( so i went up to say gnite and got his milk for him. and he said his abc for me and i wish i recorded it coz his voice is so sweet. EDIT: i forgot to mention that ari loves spark. he came to our house and kept playing with spark (i think i blogged this before) but yeh. apparently for a week or so after he comes to our house he keeps asking his parents to go to sparkies house. so i asked him about spark and he got so excited! and wanted to go to sparkies house right now. lol.

came down to find all the adults (there was another couple there too) had invaded the room and were watching tennis. womens final. and the other guy was REALLY bugging me. coz everytime someone got a point he'd call out the new score. and then the actual tv announcer would. and hed comment on everything! it was driving me nuts. mom does it too and i hate it ><. and dad was half laughing at me coz he could see i was irritated. i ended up watching stuff on my ipod for a while coz i dont really care about tennis till we left.

came home, turned on the tv and ended up getting a blanket and curling up on the couch watching live earth till 4.45. and then i stopped coz nothing good was coming on. spark was relieved i think coz he was annoyed i was down there lol. he kept getting up and glaring at me. and he was so tired his head would stay up but his eyes would shut and then hed slowly fall back to sleep lol. and he snores ><. mostly soft ones but occasional loud ones. and he had a nightmare =( he was whining in his sleep and wiggling around but it was pretty short. and he sleeps in the weirdest positions on his beanbag. seriously. on his back and his head was almost under his body. odd.

anyway. mom woke up for the 2nd time and told me to sleep. so im of to bed. gnite.
