In other news, uni is still happening. Developmental psych, Perception, Special Education and Childrens Literature. Saw All American Rejects last week, they were really really good live. Hoobastank and The Sundance Kids opened for them. Liked Sundance Kids more than Hoobastank. Going to see The Script on the 26th and Rob Thomas next year (YAAAYYYY). And in 22 days I will no longer be a teenager =(((.

Anyway, gotta start the washing machine before I sleep and wake up early to finish this stupid discussion thing.

got season 2 of private practice from jessie yesterday. and since then have watched 11 episodes. its really really good. better than greys because the characters are much less whiny. and the storylines are still interesting. and i like that sometimes old patients come back, so theyre not completely forgotten. and so far i like all the characters. especially violet and cooper. and oh!!! i really like dell's storylines. and starting not to hate him because he tried to break up veronica and logan ;) there are still some characters i lvoe on greys (mark and callie). so will keep watching that.

saw hes just not that into you yesterday. good good =) funny scenes. unlike everyone around i didnt want to punch ginnifer goodwins characters face. justin long was brilliant btw.

just payed off my 1980.90 uni fees. next semester is worse because i have to do an english course. and thats 917 by itself.

nothing else really to add. last week of holidays =((

but yay for soundwave on sunday. although i liked the old timetable WAAAAYYY better. the new one has clashes (hellogoodbye/anberlin, red jumpsuit aparatus/minus the bear) =((( and the last band i really want to see is at 8. which is lame.

and now im going to go and file ALL my papers from last semester. unless i get distracted and start reading a book. which usually ends up happening when i attempt this.

REVIVE (2/11/07)

Finished last exam (ext eng), some screaming/running around that it was all over. Got changed and went to towers for lunch/movie. Cant remember everyone who went...I know Jill, Lisa and Paul were there. Paul refused to watch hairspray, so we ended up watching 'good luck chuck' WORST MOVIE EVER!!!! Freaking montage of soft porn. *shudder* finished around the same time as Jessie came (after her Jap exam). Pauls drove lisa, jess and I to his house and then to eastwood. Train to circular quay, dinner from mcdonalds, ferry to manly. Ran down coz we were late and nearly missed the church. Luckily the support act was still going so we had time =). Jess bought a tshirt while I was still debating. Shoved our bags in the corner and jess and I went and stood right in from of... RICH =))). The crowd was SOOOO much better than school coz they were full getting into it and jumping and singing along.

RICH IS AWESOME!!!! Took SOOOOO many photos on my mobile =) and he posed for a few of them too =)))) and he is sooo pretty to look at =) and funny. And awesome.

Aaaannndddd at then end. I got the setlist =) and the band was really cool and came out after to talk to everyone, so I got them to sign it for me. Oh and bought a tshirt too.

ONE LEFT!!!!!!!!! Woot =)

Its still a bit unbelievable I think. Like its actually finishing. 6 years went by soooo fast. 2 more days and its really actually over. And then FOUR months of nothing. Well probably not nothing if I hopefully get a job…but still. Four months. That’s so insane.

Had maths and society on Monday. And then after went to north rocks Westfield coz mom saw some shoes she wanted us to try. But I didn’t like them so much. And they were also nearly identical to a pair we already had. But then we looked more in the shop and found flats! =) and each bought a pair (different ones. I don’t like hers so much) so I can cross it of my list! =) woot =) and I like them. Which is always a plus.

Came home, daylight saving confused me and I ended up being late for dance. after missing 2 weeks, had to slot into positions. And theres a bit more I need to learn. And then had a middle class for the opening. And I know the beginning coz I learnt it on Fridays. but then it gets all confusing and the lines start crossing and my line only had one person coz everyone else doesn’t come on Mondays. So its was a bit odd. And then hip hop. And I don’t have a place for pretty much all the dance =( except for one section coz we had those places before. And then the bit right after that is another pyramid and I didn’t have a place there so I got put into the back row and I have to do these weird hop steppy things backwards from the 2nd row. And that’s a bit hard.

Ohhh!!! We took the "pink" box home. Got 4 strawberry timtams (really nice. The strawberry tastes like the strawberry yamyams which are awesome), 3 dove deodorants, 3 packets of viva kitchen towel things, 2 bars of dove soap, 3 bottles of dove body soap, tomato juice, salmon, 2 jars of coffee beans, 4 pens and some other stuff.

Oh! I forgot. On Monday when we came home, mom walked into her room and was like "why are the curtains open" and then she notices the pile of torn newspapers and rubbish all over the floor. When we looked at the door we saw all these scratches and the paint had been chipped off near the handle and flakes were on the floor. Spark has somehow managed to open the door! There were footprints ALL over the window sill. And pillows were on the floor and footprints were on the bed. And on the bathroom sink and in the shower and on the walls! And the stack of newspaper next to my dad’s bed was ripped and he’d jumped on the bedside tables and knocked EVERYTHING down. The phones were on the floor, my dads glasses (in a case) lots of books, more paper, clocks, my moms passports. He’d gone nuts. We realised that a) this was the first time he’d been home alone for the whole day since the end of last term. (Mom was at home when I had exams and then she’d pick me up and I’d be home for the rest of the day) and the gardener had come that day so spark probably got excited. And then on Tuesday we realised that our pipes are knocking heaps when the outside tap turns on. And spark really freaks out at that. But usually theres someone inside (me) to calm him down. But when Lorraine was there, there wasn’t. So that probably made it worse…

Anyway. Its 1.30 now. And I havnt been working much. So tomorrow is going to be full crazy study. And then on Friday is my LAST exam!!! [some people have already finished!] and ttttthhhhheeeeeennnnn….REVIVE!!!!! with Jessie and Paul in Manly. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love live music. And Revive are so nice! So looking forward to seeing them again =) and thanks Jessie and Lindy for the cd =)

Friday – English one down, six to go. i thought this wasnt so bad. and then came out and everyone was saying how shit it was and realised i missed a lot of techniques and stuff for reading. i think my essay and creative was ok tho.

Monday – English eurgh. terrible terrible terrible. modB was so awful =( buuuttt. so looking forward to chucking all my notes =) just woke up from sleep. am so tired. gna major sleep after biz.

Okay. So before id typed out a list of stuff I wanted to blog about. and I started…but obviously have not finished. But this blog is soooo much more important.

The Big Exo Day
Got there about 3:45ish and met yin and lindy at the entrance, went in and saw Planet of the Stereos (used to be called The View) and lindy came with me to buy a tshirt. Unfortunately they only had one style in size 8, but it was still pretty cool. So bought that =) and saw some random ppl signing stuff and I didn’t know who they were so didn’t really care. I realised later that it was Pillar!!!!!!!! ARGH!

Walking back to yin and we saw chris in the crowd “how can you see him??? Ohh! I see him!” and couldn’t find yin for a while. And then we went to go line up for switchfoot coz the line was getting really long. Chris decided to buy a cd and I wanted a poster so went back to merch table and switchfoot came in!!!!!!!!! so got a lot of photos =) [although apparently of tim not jon…meh] and then went back to yin and lindy. Line moved in spurts and we were getting pretty close and then they left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *bawls* ARGH!!!!!! Ran out to the back and was pretty near jon foreman as he walked out *squeals* chris took a photo but apparently missed and got his leg…

Were heaps disappointed but went to go line up for seats coz we didn’t want to be stuck with shoddy seats. First had to find our section…and I was starving by this time. So lindy and yin stood in line and chris and I looked for food. The only thing I could find was icecream. So stood in line for a while but that was really getting no where so we left and looked around some more [ohh! We got gummy bears from 103.2 but they were all ginger flavoured and really bad.] Found another ice cream place near the entrance for section c that was less crowded. So waited there for a bit and then realised gates were opening so ran back to our section and through the gates. They told us to walk past with our wristbands in the air. But that really wasn’t working. Lol.

An a bit of trouble finding yin and lindy but eventually did and sat down. We were all pretty hungry and there were some food places inside the stadium. So yin and chris went to get food, while lindy and I minded seats. Yin came back to tell us the line was really long, so we paid them and they got food for us (vegie pie for yin and I, fries for lindy and chris.)

During this time, LaCrea "sang" and that was pretty crap. But then……PILLAR

Zomg. They were AWESOME! Loved them and started writing down lyrics lol. They sang 9 songs. But I didn’t write down lyrics for 2 of them

Big exo day house band was next. 10 ppl in the band. And I think they sang hillsong songs? It was really good coz the giant screens and lyrics on them at the bottom. So it was like a massive karaoke. Which was fun. I really liked the first 2 or 3 songs but then they started getting a bit slower.

Then talk by Reggie someone. And he was GREAT. Really good public speaker and made it funny. Well the beginning. After a while it got into the Christian stuff. But at the beginning not too much. Lots of "ai!, I got stuff, you got stuff, we ALLLL got stuff" which was really fun =) and many fat jokes at himself. Cant remember the first story. But the second one was about him going bungee jumping. And all his fat around his face. Lol. "you know how in the cartoons road runner stays in mid air for a bit and then drops…that actually happens!!!!!!" and then ppl got bibles. And some more talk. And then house band played again. And then these dancers filled in while ppl behind set up for.....

SWITCHFOOT
Started with Oh! Gravity (duh) loved it =)
Stars got all the lights off in the stadium and told everyone to look up at the stars. But it was a really cloudy night...so that didn’t work. So everyone got out their phones/cameras with the lights on. And he counted and all the cameras took a photo. So many flashes lol. I think lindy/chris has a photo =)

American dream this one was awesome. They had this bit where they stopped playing and stood completely still in whatever position they were in. For AGES. It was heaps awesome!!!! Everyone screaming their heads off. And then "this is my AUSTRALIAN dream" lots of screaming =)
Gone this one was ruined a little bit coz jon foreman kept saying the words instead of singing them. But was still good =)
This is your life YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soooo wanted them to play this =))))) played guitar with his tongue which was both gross and cool at the same time.
Ammunition I think this is the song where he sang most of it while leaning over the mosh pit. But not sure...
We are one tonight and then some confusion if Shadow proves the sunshine started halfway. But turns out it was an interlude and then back to we are one tonight
On fire high pitched noises turned out to be harmonica which was pretty cool. But the coolest part was him running of the stage, down the side and to the seats. WHERE WE WERE STANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He ran to the block of seats next to ours. And everyone kind jumped over everything to get there. Was soooo cool =))))) Stood on the railings bit facing the mosh pit, singing. Was very awesome =) and chris took the opportunity to jump over the barriers while the guards were distracted. Smart chris.
Awakening and I predicted right that it was the last song. Sad =((( but was very nicely done
"we don’t like encores. We’re all friends here right. So from this bit on, this is the encore" which was cool. But its still fun screaming the band name till we they come back. Was funny that they specified that it was the encore. The encore was Meant to live which was a nice ending =)

And then it ended. With lots of screaming and cheering =). Group photo with chris’ camera. And then I realised I left my poster behind so ran back for that and chris had to go catch a train. Yin was trying to figure out where her dad was and we started walking to where lindys dad was coming.

Was a bit high, like everyone else there. Running around and spinning in circles =) Got a call from yins dad and we had to walk back a bit. Convinced yins dad we were fine waiting and then skipped back to mountain. But lindys rents came so couldn’t go up that. (thanks for the lift)

started off bad coz of evil blind girl ><. *glares* so for the rest of the day i had really sore scraped knees. but i also had cool friends who carried my stuff for me =) (thanks sach, brindha, raj, harshi, ankh, mel, jessie, paul, trish) and i can now bend my knees. which is an exciting improvement =)

got buisness back. i expected it to be crap. but ouch. was even worse than that. *sigh* even when you expect it, it still kinda sucks.

geo, was going through exams coz only 5 ppl were there yesterday, nearly everyone got another mark coz filewood got the answer wrong (yay!)

and then lunch (and stickers) and then uac guide. library and going through uac guide. and mac uni-ing with paul. till ice cream and little >< at me. lol. and then sitting with mel, jessl and chris. and its always fun bagging out chris =)

and then trish offered me a lift. through joe who didnt have a car so through tim. went to joes house for a while and watched the boys play fifa. tim sucks. joe owned him. and then brain started complaining that it was 3 and he wanted food. so the 5 of us crammed into tims 4 seater car and drove to towers.

the guys tried to steal adams p plaets but couldnt find his car *shakes head* and eventually gave up. bought pizza, ate, random talk. saw adam and tim tried to find out where he was parked (he couldnt)and then caught the bus home.

oohhh. told rents my marks. they wernt thrilled but took it a lot better than expected.

now. meant to be doing uni thing. to get 5 extra uai points (hopefully) but i dont know what to write. coz it all sounds so suck up-py and stupid. but should get back to that...

Back from dance. Havnt been for so long. Majorly unfit. And had to speed learn all this new stuff..and nubia (teacher) is pissed at me. Coz im not doing the eistedfodd. Coz at the beginning I made a deal with myself that I would do any. Coz they ALWAYS run late. But u have to get there on time just incase theyre not. And on time means about 1.5 hrs before your actual slot so you can do hair, makeup and warm up and practise. And the different events that I actually do are never together so you have to wait before them…and I end up basically spending the whole day there and actually being on stage for no more than 20 mins. And I don’t even like performing…

But yeh. For the other dances, gaby has been able to move lines etc, but in jazz I help lift a girl…so that screws things up. So I was like "okay okay. When is it? Ill try to come" and its on the 8th of sept. which is the Macquarie open day. So I cant. And then Nubia was all "open days are stupid. You go there and sit and ask ‘why the hell am I here?!?!’ I know. Im in uni which okay, maybe it will be crap. But this is the uni I really want to go to. So even if its boring as hell im going to that open day. And yeh. So now shes pissy. And I didn’t tell her there was another open day coz that’s when im seeing switchfoot. Coz then she might have possibly killed me.

Home now. And trying to memorise essay. Which is sooo not working *headesk*

oh yeh. went to school today. got essay checked. mrs mac reads it really fast and marks it on the spot. lol. got 40 hr famine booklet off miss k. 3U maths ppl all freaking out.

And lunch was really fun. It was just one of those random days where ppl wernt split up. It was just one big group with everyone and we were all just having fun chatting/laughing/photoing/duck duck goosing. Lol. Goosing. That’s a funny word. Anyway. Yes. It was fun =)

In other news, my wisdom tooth is growing. And it freaking hurts.

scene 1 (from yesterday, i forgot to put this in):

i walk into my parents room and tell them i was hungry and was gna go eat cheese toast (stupid lindy). so i got a lecture. on how i eat crap food all day. and snack when i come home and then eat small dinner and then get hungry. blah blah blah blah. and i should have warm milk coz thats the best thing to have and it will make me sleepy. first of all, i didnt want to sleep. and second, how can most of my friends know that i HATE hot drinks but my dad doesnt *shakes head*. so finally he shut up. and i went to go change my clothes. and i came out of the bathroom and he calls me back. and i go there. and he tells me hes hungry. . . . so i got to lecture him =) which is always fun. and i ended by telling him to go have his hot milk. so he opened his mouth and i quickly butted in that i wasnt making it. so he shut his mouth and made a face at me. lol. we have weird chocolate powder anyway. it doesnt disintegrate. so u have to heat some and then heat the rest or soemthing. *shrug*

scene 2:

dad gets home from work. walks into the study and sees me sitting there. and see the open packet of m&ms thats been there since the weekend and is half over. and gives me another lecture. on how i shouldnt leave food open and we will get cockroaches blah blah. and it went on for a while. and didnt help that i told him i dropped a red m&m and couldnt find it (stupid pya) and he finally finished, turned around and took a step and smashed into the door frame. rofl.

ah. my dad is awesome =)
and yes, that is partly there so when he read this he'll feel happier. =)

just went down for dinner. and back now.

ohmygod! mom calls me to come the the stairs..so i go and lean over to see what she wanted and she chucks up this package envelope thing whizzing straight at my face ><

anyway. my rents got pizza back for dinner for me. and funny dad number 3.

im sitting there eating pizza quite happily and hes making hes coffee. so he describes every single step.

"pour in the hot water. and now it stands there. and get a cup. and i need a teaspoon. and some sugar. and then pour the milk. and then have a sip of cold milk. must do that. and then put it in the micro. and it went on and on. and on.

i also have a container for my mnms now.



and now. its a an hour later. and i had a bit of a mini spat with my mom. for my birthday she wasnt to call a bunch of family friends/relos and have a priest type person come and do prayers. and i REALLY dont want that. because 1. the prayers go on for atleast an hour. 2. theyre in another language which is no longer spoken by ANYONE except the people who do the prayers , boring and make no sense. 3. it involves me sitting RIGHT next to a fire. and 4. im really not religious. i dont say my prayers everynight. and do all the stuff your meant to. i think its stupid. and really not how i want to spend my birthday weekend. and we keep arguing on that. and i dont think im going to win. which sucks. and im being a bitch about it.

the only good thing is im using it to get my mom to let me go to switchfoot. its half working. she doesnt want me to and is trying to guilt me back...but we'll see...also coz its the same day as mac uni open day. but theres another one the next week. but also a week later is snow patrol...so its hard...when do we have to get tickets by?

15/5/07. BEST DAY =))))))))))))

6 months =) and an amazingly fun crazy clues thing...thank you sooooo soooo sooooooo much to ankhs who is CRAZY and put SOOO much effort into it. it was perfect! =))) i loved it! got to school, he was late and then i got shoved away by mel...but then yes. i got my first "activty" =) "take photos of you and 5 random people" and then the clue. and the reasons. i love the reasons =) the most interesting activity.."10 ppl to do the can can" but that was fun. and the stupid evil sudoku!!! *stabs* lol. but yes. was SOOO SOOO SOOO SOOOO much fun!!! and at the end i got a REALLY cute silky bear which i keep stroking... (but martin broke the arm =(((( ) and a beautiful bracelet with names on it =) but its really hard to put on with one hand ><. thank you SOOOO much!!!!! and for putting all the effort and my prezzies =) and thanks to all the ppl who helped =)

oh.my.god.
keith urban concert. soooooo much fun. he performed really well. sang really great songs and got audience to sing along to most. opened with once in a lifetime and then sang a whole bunch of songs on the stage and walked down the runways to play some awesome guitar bits. and then all 5 ppl in the band and him walked down and sat on these stools at the end of the runway ina semicircle and he introduced all of them (band memebers from the ranch played with him!!) and then they sung some acoustics (making memories of us, you'll think of me) plus a couple of other songs and then they walked back to the stage and played a bunch more before saying. he played on the piano too. and then they left. but obviously there was an encore. he came back and played got it right this time and dedicated that to nicole kidman (very sweet). and then he walked up the runway and played a cover of are you old enough (by dragons) and got everyone to sing along. and then went back and FINALLY played better life =)))) and all these pretty colourful stars and coloured square came shooting out of these things, so i thought it was the end. but he did one more song (cant remember which) and then it ended.

SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and we were in the mosh area but on seats. but that was the only area where ppl were standing (except during 2 songs coz they were REALLY slow ones. one was got it right this time, cant remember the other) the other areas only stood up occasionally. but zomg so much standing has made my legs really sore!!! but was worth it =)))
