[ July 18,2009 at 9 pm] recording_sound Zo, heerlijk weekend achter de rug. Vrijdag met Jeroen foto's wezen maken en daarna naar Gerben. Heerlijk Shabbat gevierd, filmpje gekeken en gepraat. Was zo fijn om Gerben weer te zien. Hij woont nu 2 maanden in Lelystad en ik mis hem ontzettend hier. Maar afin, heerlijke tijd. Zaterdag leuk gekletst nog en even bij bataviastad wezen lunchen gezellig met zijn 3tjes. Daarna op weg naar Amsterdam, want tadaaaaaa daar ging ik met Esther de Etalage inrichten. [ July 15,2009 at 10 am] lotus patterns and shapes i'm becoming one with the piles of sketches and clippings on the floor, trying to get everything organized as to tell a story trying to impose order on something that can only be out of control still i try im letting go of not good enoughs and could be betters you have to love something to completely understand it and critique it, i must love my own creations so fucking much since all i seem to be doing with and about it is critique it not good im in love with my house it's white and empty and soon there will be big tables to work on and a pinboard wall for structured chaos instead of piles and piles a sheepskin rug in front of the fireplace and stacks of books in orange crates scattered around the living room all very nice but better even is waking up by the morning sun beaming through the skylight above the bed how sad it is to be so completely obsessed about stuff again talking of which its been a bikeless month since trams are for free still its Amsterdam and bikes are pretty much essential so i figured id have to go bump into a needle-happy bike sales man and get myself a bike until i realized i might as well look for a bike without a lock and found one in less than two minutes welcome to amsterdam where bikes switch owners like lighters i wish this would work for any kind of transport because i'm in desperate need of a flight ticket write
