Kate is the style editor for ELLE US and even though ELLE US kinda sucks right now and is in a complete mess, she is probably the best thing about it. She is one of my favourite editors mainly because of her personal style. I think that she's absolutely flawless & it's possible that I have a huge crush on her. ( For the sake of your f-pages  )

Beware the savage jaw of 1984 [March 15, 2009 at 11:06 AM] Instead of studying for my common tests, I went on amazon and looked at reviews of 1984 because I like reading reviews. I looked at the '1-3' star ratings and found myself getting more and more enranged. How on earth can someone diss 1984? It's not a perfect book - few books are-  but it's incredibly powerful and not just 'fear mongering' like some people claim. I then proceeded to look for my copy of 1984 so that I can read it again BUT IT IS GONE!!! I remember lending it to a bunch of people and the list is so long I don't know where it got lost or who I lent it to last. So, this is an open call to whoever has it. PLEASE RETURN MY BOOK IF YOU HAVE IT! I really love 1984 and want to read it again. I can't even borrow it from the national library because I owe them 114 dollars, but that's really another story.

Marchesa Fall 2009 [February 20, 2009 at 12:11 AM] Marchesa dresses are absolutely gorgeous as usual but the shoes in particular are absolutely gorgeous and to die for.Fall 09 so far has been pretty disappointing so far but hopefully it's just New York . Was really disappointed and died a little on the inside when I saw Marc Jacobs Fall 09. Here's a sample A look best described as '.....WHAT?!'  & that's not even the worse.
