Today's Sunday the 22th of April. This week hasn't really gone as good as I had hoped. I don't really think I've lost any weight. I watched a documentary last night about a 19 year old girl who weighed like 477 lbs! During the documentary she had a gastric bypass surgery done, so she lost loads of weight and she told the viewers how that felt and how she felt, and it made me remember how fucking good it felt when I lost weight. And I haven't realized how much I've missed that until now. So I'm super motivated right now and I really can't wait to lose my first lb again.
I'm gonna post some MK thinspo later, because I am just so happy about this!
Today I've eaten 2 slices of cheese (I know, pretty bad), a piece of bread, a glass of water and some vitamin-pills. So I've eaten like 280 calories, but it's okay, because that was a combined breakfast - lunch. I'm going to my uncle later today and we are going to eat dinner there.. I don't know how I feel about that. I'll probably eat allot of salad and drink water or something.. oh well, I think I'll manage.
I'm going out for a intense walk in a moment, hopefully I'll walk for an hour or more. Then I will tidy my bedroom and then do some homework. But the hardest challenge of them all is to figure out what I'm going to wear tonight!
