hellooo [13 Oct 2008|09:55am] friends_i_want [reckloos]  GRACIE age - 20 (it was recently my half birthday) im graduating college (major psych and social behavior) this year and will be getting my credential in the social sciences the following year.  im thinking frisco state :) in a relationship going on two years.  semi long distance, we only see eachother about once a week (as opposed to nearly everyday  like we used to). i love knitting.  just dont ask me to finish a project i scrapbook occasionally - i like doing it im just not good at taking pictures. coffee is my blood i cant tolerate intolerance of any sort. i play arena soccer (its basically indoor) i used to play outdoor but quit and havent been in shape enough to get back. though i plan to.  im still searching to find out who i really am.  and thats not something im willing to give up for convenience or other people. i know were all busy.  but id love to comment on others lives, have others comment on mine.  and just share support and advice for each other.  im even down to make friends that are willing to give me the "cold hard truth."  though i definitely appreciate positivity :] 1 | drag me down.

I live together with Richie in a house in Belfast, in Northern Ireland, UK. Just started a new job on Monday, so there might be a bit of whining about that. XD There is quite an informative post about me and what I like ect. here on my livejournal. It's the only public post I have since starting this journal sometime last week. I have been using LJ since around 2001, but on different usernames, which I have since abandoned. Just looking for some new friends on my LJ, I always find it really interesting to read about the lives of people I only know on the internet, instead of just in day to day real life. Also, I used to enjoy doing gift swaps with friends on LJ, so if you are interested in that, give me an add!  ♥ I love ♥ Cute things (like Hello Kitty, Gloomy Bear, Tamagotchi's and Ruby Gloom). I like the Twilight Series, but I will read mostly anything. My favorite band is Motion City Soundtrack. I have odd music tastes; I will listen to anything from Hannah Montana to Rancid. No rap music though, but I like stuff like Rihanna and Beyonce and stuff. My requirements: Please respect my and other's respects and beliefs. I am an atheist, I am VERY tolerant of other people's religions, and I am especially tolerant of their races and sexualities. I've posted one of these before, in the Spring I believe. I'm 21. I'm in school to become a teacher. I want to teach those "unimportant" subjects, history and geography. I live with my parents and my boyfriend. We mostly live with them to help them out believe it or not. I also have a son, he's 7 months old. Between school, work, and the baby, I don't always have time to comment my friends entries but I always do my best but I do miss a few entries here and there. And even if I don't comment I still read unless I post otherwise about missing entries (just being courteous, you know?) . I have 4 cats. I love jewelry. I love makeup. I sell AVON on the side. I love to learn. I like Japanese, Korean, and Chinese culture. But, I'm not one of those people who want to be Asian, I just like some of their stuff. I like crafts. I occasionally rant. Sometimes, I'll get obsessed with something and post about that one thing for a week straight and then you'll never hear me talk about it again. I move on from my obsessions pretty fast. I'm a Scorpio and I'm really into astrology AND astronomy actually. You can't have one without the other...  I talk about school. I talk about family. I talk about things that bother me. I talk about things that make me happy. I obsess. I rant. I love. I loathe. I have goals, ideas, and dreams :) I like icons. I have a paid account. I spend a lot of time on Livejournal. Livejournal is like my therapy, but don't think that I spend a lot of time complaining... because I don't. I just have to get both positive and negative things out of my system. I'm not negative. I do believe in the law of attraction to an extent. I believe thinking postive thoughts will bring you positiveness into your life, for the most part. I am a very spiritual person. I'm trying to find the right religion for me but I don't seem to fit any mold. I do follow the tenets of Novus Spiritus kinda as my guide for life.  I love the paranormal.  I love ghosts. I love psychics. I love UFO's. I love all that stuff. I also love music. I love television. My current favorite show is the Secret Lives of Women on WE. I also love Ghost Hunters on SciFi. I’m 25, a figure skater, and a Starbucks barista. I’ve been skating for three years now and have performed at Rockefeller Center three times and competed three times at Chelsea Piers. I started working at Starbucks in April of 2008 and it’s the best job I ever had. My favorite singer is Jason Castro. And even though he didn’t win American Idol this year, he is my American Idol. My favorite group is NKOTB, always has and always will be. My favorite type of music is folk rock, rock, and pop. I love to go to concerts. I have a long list of favorite movies by what it comes down to is that my ultimate favorite is Grease and John Travolta is my favorite actor. I love going to Broadway plays and my favorite is Phantom of the Opera, which I’ve seen three times. I have loved magic ever since going to my first magic show when I was 8. My favorite magicians are Criss Angel and Harry Houdini. I like trying out tricks myself, but right now I just stick to card tricks. There are two dates that will forever remain the best days ever. May 16, 2008: After 18 years of being a New Kids fan, one of my dreams came true when I finally met all 5 of them.
