Blast From The Future!  
RATING: NC-17

CHARACTERS: Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones, Toshiko Sato, Owen Harper, Gwen Cooper, Rhys Williams, Martha Jones, the Doctor and introducing Lily.

PAIRINGS: Jack/Ianto, Gwen/Rhys

SUMMARY: When Lily appears in the Hub, with a key and Torchwood ID, no one really knows if they can trust her. Will they help the woman, who claims to be from their future, to save her parents, and herself?

Leighton Meester dresses casually in a cute denim mini while out and about in New York City on Friday.

The 22-year-old actress was on break from filming her hit CW series, Gossip Girl. She was later seen in costume wearing a super cute plaid skirt, a mustard-colored top with a ruffled bib and two-toned shoes with ribbon ties.

The pouting, hip-thrusting rock ’n’ roll god reaches the grand old age of 65 today – bringing Sir Mick the Satisfaction of a free bus pass.

THE ROLLING STONES frontman officially becomes a pensioner after a remarkable career spanning his entire adult life.

And despite his personal fortune – around the £225million mark – he will be entitled to a basic state pension just shy of £91 a week. That’s almost enough for a glass of his favourite red wine.

On top of free bus travel, Mick has just unlocked the door to a world of other benefits in his old age.

Another Case Of A Story Blown Out Of Proportion  
Warrant out for Pete Doherty's arrest, He shows up and pays fine



The third time was apparently the charm for Pete Doherty. At least in terms of punctuality.

After missing his two previous hearings on the matter, the Babyshambles frontman finally appeared in British court today to cop to roughing up a paparazzo.

Officially, Doherty pleaded guilty to a charge of causing criminal damage stemming from an encounter last summer.

The Yeovil Magistrates Court accepted Doherty's plea, with the magistrate ruling that there was a "degree of provocation" in the incident before fining the rocker roughly $2,000.

"Yeah, it was OK today. It should have been sorted out ages ago, to be honest," Doherty said outside the court. "It's been hanging over me a long time."

Since last Aug. 22, to be exact. It was then that Doherty, accompanied by family while on a day's release from one of his many stays in rehab, took offense at being followed around town by paparazzo Catherine Mead.

Proving again that Doherty and candid cameras don't mix, the volatile rocker took refuge in a store and, when Mead pursued, he grabbed her camera and smashed the lens. He was eventually arrested in December.

Doherty was ordered to pay Mead roughly $1,800 for the damaged equipment. The remaining $200 fine went toward court fees.

He was originally expected to enter his plea last Friday, but did not show at the courthouse. An arrest warrant was briefly issued but ultimately withdrawn after only a few hours after he pinky swore to appear in court today.

Carrie Underwood in Beverly Hills  

Carrie Underwood had lunch with her two male friends (the Aeropostale green shirt is her cousin Cody) at Il Fornaio restaurant in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

On the way to the restaurant, Carrie decided to show a little kindness by giving some money to a homeless person on the street. After lunch, she decided to do a little shopping at North Face.
