Hmmm. is it a big deal that Supernatural has 'gender issues'? i don't think gender issues in tv matter that much and i don't get what all the shit slinging is about.

if i wanted to watch a show with or about women, i'd watch another show.

geez, it's just tv.

This is extremely unsustainable lifestyle, both economically as well as environmentally.

This comes from reports for a compulsory subject called Environmental Design, which is packaged as a way to think about sustainable building and sustainable lifestyle, but is really nothing more than a way to 'greenwash' future generations of architects. Pass through our Brand New Course and come out Sustainability Friendly!

ps this is a 'non-humane' or politically correct solution to the problem, but the only way i can see humans becoming "sustainable" is if we get rid of the taboo which makes it wrong to farm other human beings for food / skins / etc. all solutions right now are extremely humancentric, but it is a fact that we are a problem in our huge numbers. perhaps it is a solution to stop having children and allow our species to die out to a reasonable and supportable level.

pps there is at least three comic books in this

No plans/sections/images today, but I wanna post a link that I'm crazy about lately.

http://www.mshape.com/index.html

MSHAPE is a parametric design experiment where users can create their own table (MTable!) by affecting the shape and perforations from customization software that they can use on their cellphones. Products are walnut wood or high gloss lacquer that are CNC milled and then shipped to your door.

They look something like this:

Isn't that fabulous? Now all I need to know is the price. I'm moving in several months and these tables would be phenomenal conversation pieces.

EDIT: Kwodrent's work combines fashion, art and architecture. It seems like parametric design processes were involved? A point generation system from GH would be fantastic here. I really want to find out how she does this!
