[Monday October 13th, 2008] rockywhor3r [ mood | cold ] so today, well i guess yesterday.. the 12th was richard and my one month! hehe today was an outstanding day! the chargers did fantastic! things at the gallery are going well, except we need more money, but other than that it is looking great and people have really complimented the place :D today richard told me the reasons why he loves me, and i dont think ive ever smiled so big. i felt like and uber goober. got some new stuff today. ginko biloba for memory and peripheral circulation and saint johns wort. it sounds gross but its too help something about neurotransmitters and make me feel happier. so far so good :D i dont think things could be better right now. and im glad i have such an amazing, patient boyfriend. still have to figure out what to do for the halloween party. i think i want rocky horror theme. that could be fun. its either that or mystery science theater 3000 .. but that could be hard to do. oh and im going to be tank girl for halloween! and then tanked, and then tanked tank girl. :D oh AND iron man was an alright movie. alright thats all <3 goodnight PostScript: ITS FREEZING!!! read (0) cmnt

rant rant rant [Saturday October 11th, 2008] cigarettelove i am so peeved right now. vintageislovex- don't buy from her even if she does have lovely clothes. we made a TRADE over THREE WEEKS ago and i haven't received it yet. i PAID for items two weeks ago and i still haven't gotten it. then she had the nerve to e-mail me and say that my shirt i traded with her "had black spots all over it" which i know isn't true (unless something happened in the mail) because i washed it before i sent it. she said she sent the items today. TODAY. when i paid OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. ugh. i also haven't got my refund from ebay. i'm starting to hate online shopping. read (10) cmnt

dream [Saturday October 11th, 2008] scissorfly Lucia, Mel, and I had come home lame from something. We arrived home, except that our house was a house that looked exactly like the one next door, and we couldn't tell which was which, and we didn't have the key into our house either. But at that moment, the old man next door was leaving his house. At once, we were hiding in the bushes in his front yard, watching him exit his home onto the front porch. He left the door open, so we figured that we could get into our house by going into his home, going to his backyard, and then climb over the fence that divided our backyards. We entered his house, and it looked exactly like our house. We made our way into his backyard, which looked like ours too. We jumped the fence, got into our yard, which like his, had a pool. Then we heard our parents come home, and we panicked,so we all decided to jump into the pool and pretend we were sleeping. read (0) cmnt

doo doo doo [Friday October 10th, 2008] rockywhor3r [ mood | blah ] [ music | my heartbeat ] so happy tooogetherrr richard just left. we watched gangster rap: the glockumentary i would recommend looking it up on Alluc.org under movies, letter G its a good laugh ive you have an hour to spare and are kinda boredxcore. got my hair done yesterday and today. its finally finished and i love the results. first we did a bleach cap, and today we did a 3RR which is almost a black red cause its level 3. but because we used a 30 vol developer and did it on already bleached hair AND added red and purple intensifier, it first came out to an ariel from the little mermaid red. so then we just threw purple intensifier with a 10 vol developer on it and now its the perfect color. in case this whole paragraph was a blur, my hair is now a purplish-red. i love it. its almost just like how i had it when i did it for my birthday. without the high and lowlights. tomorrow is friday. richard has no class tomorrow so im hoping he picks me up from class ha. i know he's going to ramona in the morning.. and i also hope im not overloaded with clients. ugh. its been a weird week. ive been all moody and cranky and on the rag, with three different hair colors, and richard has loved me just the same. he amazes me more everyday. never knew i could find a guy like that. dad goes out of town tomorrow. mom and i and richard are supposed to go puppy hunting.. we'll see what happens. i really hope we do. im amped about it. kinda want some sleepz now. night read (0) cmnt

dream [Thursday October 9th, 2008] scissorfly Chris took me to his house, and I met his family. He had a couple of younger sisters sitting on the couch watching TV. I met his mom, who was petite, and she smiled and said something I didn't understand, but I nodded anyway. Then I met his dad, who kind of looked like the guy from the body shop, who was kind of rugged and built, and he said something to me too, but it wasn't English or Vietnamese, and it didn't sound like Mandarin. It might have been Spanish, but again, I nodded anyway, and then followed Chris up the stairs. I was wearing shorts and a baseball tee. read (0) cmnt

Overwhelmed [Thursday October 9th, 2008] __downdown I'm trying to not be overwhelmed with my schedule. But I've been working pretty much everyday, going to school, AND trying to do all my homework. I've just been really busy, and I want time to stop and catch my breath. I've been eating shitty food lately and I dont even have time for anything else. I never eat "dinner" at a normal time, I never get enough sleep, and I'm just tired of whining and not having anything I can do about it. Plus, work has been really slow this week and I hate when its like that because I'd rather if I have to work all the time to have something show for it. And my sales numbers so far? the day the goose got loose [Tuesday October 7th, 2008] rockywhor3r [ mood | sleepy ] today was a pretty good day off. pretty much lazed around all day, talked to colleenie on the phone for a couple hours and took a bath. pretty productive right? watched a documentary on che guevara and ate dinner when parents got home. then richard picked me up and i watched curb your enthusiasm season 5 while he did his math, had some glorious cupcakes, watched bill maher, and then i took him out to eat at dennys :D ha it was a wonderful day. however, i am swamped. goodnight PostScript: C is secretly dating R and they have no idea how to tell M.. this could get interesting.. they thing because M LOVES Friends, they will try to break it to her with a similar story.. hello fever [Tuesday October 7th, 2008] ofeverydaylife My 2.5+ year streak of peak health is over. Today I am sick. A sore tickle in my throat turned into a fever and the feeling of my head about to explode. This past month's lack of sleep and nutrition has pushed my body beyond its limits. At least I had a good weekend. My friend and I had a really excellent talk over morning brunch on Saturday, which she insisted on buying for me. I cried over our finished plates and fourth cups of coffees, but it felt good to release pressure and not experience crazy anxiety over it. (Even though crying in public will always be an awkward and not-at-all graceful thing to do. It's fine.) Afterwards I met with another friend, who greeted me with a cupcake she'd baked, and had an even more Serious Talk. Then I went home to clean my room, fold my laundry and listen to Patty Griffin. Today I received delicious cookies in the mail that my best friend sent to me. They were exquisite. I can no longer form coherent thoughts or sentences tonight, because night-time cold medicine puts me to sleep like a lullaby. read (4) cmnt

wheeeeeeee!kend [Sunday October 5th, 2008] rockywhor3r [ mood | tired ] today was the best day i think i ever had. richard and i went up to mira mesa and visited Amina! and Eddie, and Aminas mom was there too! it was sooo good to see her after not having seen her for a long long time. we talked about esthetician stuff and movies and life and she showed me the bathroom she remodeled. its lookin gooood! then we went to the edwards cinemas and saw Religulous, the new Bill Maher movie. it was really funny. def worth going out to see! but the advertisements in theaters these days.. that is just ridiculous! i feel like a sheep just going through the motions. it was awful. but the movie was well worth all the hassle. after the hassle.. i mean movie. ha, i treated him to dinner at buca de bepo's cause that place is very very good italian and very fun. we had a bottle of a lovely italian red wine, bruschetta, and linguinie something something... with shrimps, mussels, and calamari. it was sooo super good. the best dinner richard and i have ever had together. im in love. to play catch up.... yesterday maria came into my work to get a facial and we got pollo tacos. then krista and anna fixed me up and richard came to pick me up. we got another pollo taco! i went to walmart to try and find something maroonish to wear with my outfit but they had nothing, so i got out of that horrid store as quick as possible and we went to his house so he could get changed, then to mine so i could get ready. then we drove to fashion valley saks fifth avenue where we met up with anna, for the jeans for justice fashion show. it was an okay turn out. free cocktails, and appetizers, and jamie's jeans got the biggest crowd gathered around them, so that was really good. after the show we went to ikea to pick out some barstools. richard and jamie went to look for them, and anna and i went to get some hotdogs.. i guess they didnt have what they were looking for though, so we left and anna and i raced them back to the gallery. we won of course. just barely cutting in front of richards truck and nabbing the parking space right in front of the gallery :D then i helped out with the pre grand opening which had a GREAT turn out. even though there was this one drunkasspunkass who thought it was funny to graffiti everywhere. i rubbed his face in it like you rub a bad dog's nose in its shit, and kicked him out of the gallery with the last words of, "walk safe.." asshole. after he left it was good times. then richard and i headed home and went through a huge detour on the 163 and FINALLY i got home and got to sleep. had a wonderful weekend.
