What's new with me

Not a whole lot to report actually.

I'm not teaching this year despite doing three interviews over the summer. I'm not that broken up about this though. I will be attending graduate classes full-time at UT. I will be finished with my master's degree in curriculum and my secondary (grades 7-12) English teaching endorsement in May.

I sold my little gold Kia and bought a new Altima. I really ilke it. It's the nicest car that I have ever owned. It has all kinds of power buttons and leather interior. :)

I spent the first week of July at my dad's place in Southeast Michigan and we just got back from a 4-day stay in Louisville. I love Louisville!! It's a great place with tons to do! Dr. Sleeter (Don) says that he is considering moving us back there. :)

I have had a relaxing summer but it is coming to an end quickly. I have to run to Knoxville on Sunday to buy the books for my five classes, then classes start back on the 24th (next Wednesday).

Today I need to d some light house-cleaning.
