Last night was a pretty fun / trippy night. I'd like to delve into it more, but I just don't know if it's worth typing. I doubt anybody reads this, but then really, isn't a journal supposed to be for *me*? Blogs are very selfish things, lol.
A bunch of us stayed out in a field at the edge of town, doing nothing really but talking and tripping out, two of my favorite things. Oddly enough, you'd never know it. I really enjoy hanging out with those kids, it's just great, because I feel like we understand each other...but yet not, at the same time. The world is full of paradoxes, and I feel like I am a walking one.
I'm in a really straaaange mood today... & I think I'm going to smoke a joint then sleep.
I'm soooo happy today was a holiday. FCUCKIGN SCHOOL!! I can't wait until something better comes along. We're all waiting for something worth waiting for....

I'm actually really proud of some of the things I wrote, and sometimes I think I've just lost the ability to create imagery with words.. it makes me sad. FYI, most of these were written from 2001-2004. I haven't wrote a poem in a year.

VanCity is a great place and I plan on visiting El Kartel next time I visit... looks nice. Of course, now I have money in my pockets, so the visit won't just be to look, unlike many "shopping" ventures of the past.

TIME FOR AN UPDATE FREAKS!
slayin..i mean staying up until 3.01am. now that i think of it its not that late/early. however now im on a somewhat normal schedule.
i have deep love. nestled in my ... ... ...
uhm. anyways. i love just typing these shit entries, but they're mostly shit because i dont really care about this LJ. even though i somehow keep coming back to it. old habits never die, i guess.
yeah. i had a previous LJ. hell, i've had at least one since i was about.. 11 or 12. i quit webdesign because i lost interest and i think the scene kind of died. YESTHERE WAS A WEBDESIGN SCENE. lmao. i really do enjoy making/editing graphics still. its great finishing something to be proud of. not to brag but i really did thrive artistically once. now i just sort of.. don't have time. even my LJ layout's half-assed.
i think people with journals are self-absorbed.. not that its not a good outlet.
i love my friends. i also love how my mind sometimes goes on tangents.
Thought of the day.. well its not really shiny new but whatever.
how would the world be if everyone said what they actually were thinking?

Well Avril was okay... lots of 8 year olds. The next day I saw sooo many 10 year olds decked out in her merch....
The next day I left at 10pm. for a 7 hour(!) bus ride to Edmonton. I slept for 4 hours at my lovely grandparents' home, then left with my other grandma on a journey to BC.
I'm writing this from a tourist town in a national park.. Jasper! It's so beautiful here. It's a semi-creepy picture perfect town.. no litter. no rubbies.
I need a camera.
Sunday... heading for Vancouver. Exciting!
I love how half-assed my LJ entries are.
I have 7 minutes left.. so I'm off.
