useless notes
That's it: from now on I'm typing in any sort of notes to myself, entry ideas, things I want to look at, and the like, rather than scribbling them down on paper.
This morning I was looking for the notes for my political platform. If I do not enter the presidential race soon, I might not even get two votes. That slip of paper seems to have wandered off, but in its stead was a page covered with equations of some sort, and another one with indecipherable phrases. My handwriting has been steadily degrading, but it never seemed quite so bad until I encountered something that, best as I can tell, reads:
p: X-<strikes> when proto salad (meaasn)
Great. That really helps. Given the context around it, it seems to be part of a todo list. Whatever it was, it will have to wait for some external reminder.
A culling of my slips of paper, and typing in what few legible bits remain, seems like a good task for this weekend. Just let me jot that down on my todo list...
