2:00pm: things I did not know
Apparently the official government definition of rape only included the rape of a woman, not of a man. I did not know that. I figured anything involving genitalia not consented to by any gender of recipient was rape.

The Obama administration says it is expanding the FBI’s more than eight-decade-old definition of rape to reflect a better understanding of the crime and to broaden protections.

[...]

The revised FBI definition says that rape is “the penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object,” without the consent of the victim. Also constituting rape under the new definition is “oral penetration by a sex organ of another person” without consent.

One source, although if you look at most other news source their articles are identical.

I would be interested to see the full text of the revised law, but google is not helping me. For example, their definition does not include tackling a guy and restraining him while then sucking him off, which falls under "rape" in my book.
