it sucks to be polish. no srsly, it's a pain in yer ass >:(

so yeah, since i'm pretty happy with myself rarely you hear something like that from my polish mouth, if you don't live with me in my city [to see me often enough to see me getting angry with the usual things which passes immeadetely and is quickly forgotten]. polish people like to moan about the politics [i ignore it totally and laugh at the political jokes in the cabarets - cut off from this problem] or about the health security system [the disfunctional one. well, it works like a swiss clock for me in 99% cases. wo you guanxi, i gots connections. i don't do queues unless i'm not in a hurry, and i have cellphone numbers to each doctor i need. so another problem wich passes me by safely for my psyche]. so what possibly can i rant about? what possibly can piss me off if not the two major things?

for those who don't know that, i *found* myself a uni in korea that offered me, as an exchange student of warsaw university [sister uni], free summer course [excluding the trips costs, but that's like 70 thou won] and a year of studies as an exchange student, also for free [both tuition and the dorms waived]. where did i find it? well, at the very "international exchange bureau of Warsaw University" website, 2 years ago. now it's gone, but i thought it's nothing, since the korean side still has us listed and confirms our bilateral status. well, WRONG.
first, the lady @ the office informed me, that 'since she's been working here, and it's been 8 years already, she's never EVER seen anything like ajou university'. well lady, one of us is crazy, and i think it's you, cause it'snot only me who saw it listed on the site YOU CREATED and are supposed to administrate.
secondly she said that guys from that university were here, but didn't signe anything, and blahblah she'll ask her supervisor about if she can send my papers through. got an approval.
third, now the korean side has discovered they ain't listed on the bilateral exchanges list, and wanna back up unless my uni steps up to the NORMAL conditions of an exchange.
4th - and NOW the fucking lady says there was some dean to dean [rector to rector] direct agreement signed!! she drives me crazyyyyy
so then, if it stays like that i fucking go nowhere, cause it's TOO FUCKING LATE to apply anywhere else now. literally to push all the papers through i have time till wednesday.
well my and my friend's opinion is, this *is* gonna work out [well, it's poland. we improvise. too much.], and if it's not gonna be her who does that [it's her job for christ's sake!!!!!! that's what she gets her frigging salary for...] i'll get some nice surnamed professors to support my case as i write to the head nigga in charge, the rector.
but WHY does it need to have all my nerves pulled so much? why the bitch makes everyone's life so hard? soemtimes i think she has no brain that's why they let her work only on the "forward the documents" kind of position. or maybe she had one but it got deteriorated on the way, 8 years is a long time.
literally, my studies, my beloved friends and my parents are the only thing i really care for in this country, and the ONLY thing that keeps me coming back to it. as soon i finish my studies it's gonna be only my parents and friends.
