babysittersclub [ annakelly ]	7:43p	Thoughts about Cokie Hello!  This is my first time posting to this community, but I think this is allowed.  I'm doing a fanfic with everyone's favorite bitchy middle-schooler, Cokie Mason (I never thought I'd write that sentence!) and I need some inspiration.  Some general questions: What did you think of Cokie when you first read the BSC?  Re-reading the books, do you like her better or not?  Is there a book in which she is portrayed sympathetically? Also, did she actually ever try to "steal" Logan away from Mary Anne?  I have read Mary Anne Misses Logan, where Cokie does date Logan while Mary Anne is pining for him, but in my book that's not the same thing.  If anyone has any backstory about Cokie crushing on Logan, I'd appreciate it! Finally, two other questions: What role, if any, did Cokie have in the mystery Stacey and the Stolen Hearts?  I can't remember (*holds head in shame*).  And in Mary Anne Gets Her Revenge, how does she get her revenge?  I'd love to know! babysittersclub [ __recidivist ]	11:52a	Claudia Kishi grown up I've been on a "Bones" binge and it occurred to me that Angela is totally who Claudia Kishi could have grown up to be. Angela is an artist who works at the Jeffersonian helping to solve crimes. She uses her artistic skills to create drawings or other rendering of murder victims. Sometimes she does it while wearing silly clothes! Also, insert something about her almond-shaped eyes and perfect, perfect skin here. It's also something that her parents (and even Jeanie-- she uses a sophisticated computer program she created to make holograms) could be proud of. babysittersclub [ dymphna79 ]	8:45a	California Diaries #12 (Sunny 3) I was just rereading Sunny's third diary.  It's definitely the strongest of the California Diaries series, and POSSIBLY EVEN the strongest book of the entire mega-series.  (I think it might be, but it's hard to compare this book to, say, The Truth About Stacey, Mary Anne Saves the Day, Kristy's Big Day, or Boy-Crazy Stacey, all of which are excellent in their own way.) I notice there's no ghostwriter acknowledged at the beginning of this book.  Does that mean AMM wrote it herself? (10 Comments |Comment on this)
babysittersclub [ samnitesud ]	9:18a	Baby-Sitter's Little Sister #82 Karen's Secret Valentine. This book is basically non-stop hilarity. Karen has many a fine moment of "I'm so freakin awesome". But, ever since I was younger, the name of chapter 8 blew my mind. "Pamela's Good and Bad Surprises House". Why a house? What does that even mean? Is this a commonly used phrase??
