I was preety good this past week, and it paid off:
I'm putting my starting weight at 145 lbs since that's the highest I've been since gaining the weight back (and actually weighed 145 about 10 days ago)...
Highest Weight: 170 lbs (2005)
Lowest Weight: 110 lbs (2006)
Current Weight: 141 lbs
Goal Weight: 100 lbs
Here's to a week of progress and discipline!
